I only have great things to say about Finspo - we were recommended to Dave by a friend and we were initially drawn in by the digital-first approach after having calls with other mortgage brokers who seemed to be lacking digital literacy!
The process was nothing short of smooth sailing - Dave explained everything clearly on the phone calls we had, the portal was easy to use, the calculators were accurate and straightforward.
Yi also helped us once we had selected a loan and she was also fantastic.
Both Dave and Yi were always available for any questions and replied in record speed which we really appreciated, as well as proactively checking in with us often to let us know what was coming up and seeing if we had any questions. We had absolutely no issues and couldn’t believe how seamless everything went.
I also found the articles on the website incredibly useful.
We will definitely continue to use Finspo for all our home loan needs and recommend them to everyone!

As a first time buyer in Australia its important to find the right connection with a Mortgage Broker. Thankfully through James Kechris and Trudy Purchase and indeed the full team at Finspro. We had tried before for a Mortgage but as a large portion of my salary was commission based we never got past the initial stages. James navigated this, made enquiries and negotiated many obstacles that lesser brokers would have folded on. I cant thank Finspro enough. We have now purchased a house with their help and they were there at every step. I see there is another rating on here that said no contact, to that I say poppycock. Perhaps they talked to some other company because most definitely this was not the experience my wife or I had here.
