I had an excellent experience with my mortgage advisor, Rafi (Mohammed Raffiuddin Sayed). He is very quick, responsive, and outstanding, and also very knowledgeable — he knows the process inside and out and is highly professional.
What impressed me most is that he went far beyond what a mortgage advisor usually does. Rafi not only found the best mortgage product and handled my application, but also guided me through the entire process until I collected the keys. He helped me with deciding on the house, highlighted potential issues, explained the best finance options based on my eligibility, gave me financial tips and future planning advice, and even supported me in negotiating the price.

A first buyer
It was my first time buying a property and had very little knowledge and information about the mortgage application and the nuances related to it. My friend recommended about FINSSO and there’s been no looking back after that. They have provided exceptional services with their good knowledge about the lenders, market conditions, helping me to collate right documents to get the best interest rate and suitable lender from the market.
They were also very helpful in giving the right advice whenever I needed during my purchase about various topics which were key to take the right decisions.

Finsso is a one stop solution to buying house
Finsso is a company which, not only provided guidance to buy the house but also helped in liaising with various process stake holders like bank(getting the best deal on circumstances) , solicitors, surveyors, building and content insurance, health insurance , leasehold, wills etc.. and also updating the status at regular intervals.
I will recommend anyone who are interested in buying houses do talk to Finsso and utilize their services!!

Great customer experience
Finsso was referred to me by one of my friends as they had a really great experience working with them. I can say now definitely they are a great team to work with and helped and supported me through each of the mortgage application steps which would have been very daunting to me as a first time buyer. I never felt that I wasn't getting a response and the team was always reachable and actively helping me throughout the mortgage process. Manohar expertly and patiently handled all my queries and made sure every product offered was discussed and what considerations should be taken while choosing the product based on my needs. That showed the expertise and in depth knowledge he had in this area. Sneha and Jeenal made sure any queries raised by me were addressed at the earliest whether answering them themselves or getting it clarified with the relevant team. Sneha was always reachable and even responded outside of working hours at certain times . She has been an absolute delight.
I look forward to work with Finsso in future and would definitely recommend their services.

I was referred to Manohar Goda by a friend of mine, who got the services from Finesso Financial before. Ever since initial call, Manohar and his team are very committed. They understood my need to get timely re-mortgage to avoid going variable in coming couple of months.
Post product freeze, Jeenal Thobhani was very helpful in keeping me well informed and also acquired application data upto date from my end, inorder to complete the documentation process swiftly on time.
