Contacted Sereena at FSC with reference to getting a quote, received a great prompt service with the price being very competitive. Work commenced on date agreed, engineers worked efficiently cleaning as they went. Highly recommend.

Spoke with a gentleman named Ronny regarding fire extinguisher servicing for my business and he was ever so helpful from the start until the work was completed.
He updated me regarding the work via email and telephone calls and I could not fault the communication.

This app was booked sometime ago in August and I clearly explained that I am in the office between 10am and 12, so when I rec'd a email just before 9am Monday 12 August detailing they are there and I will be charged I was not very happy.

I called the office to explain and was informed they have no record of this on file and I will be charged.

I could not remember if this was booked over the phone or email, after trailing through emails I found the booking email clearly detailing times.

I sent the email across and a phone call to say technician will come back at 11am.

I would give this 1 star however the technician was great and was a pleasure to deal with.

Because I kept email for audit trail this covered me other wise it would be my word against theirs.

The company need to keep their notes up to date to prevent any upset / complaints and also prevent messing your technician about with his busy diary.

No one likes to be accused of lying! this is how I felt.

Libby took over our services after the previous staff member left and looked after us well along with the engineer who attended site who I couldn't fault. Will definitely use again.

Very efficient and supported with information

I had booked for a service at approx. £60, told I needed services of £200+ which I approved, and then received an invoice for almost £500!

Livy did not explain the full cost nor receive my approval for the full amount. Ronni didn't take long to threatened to take legal action if I don't pay for an amount I didn't approve!

Although, I was happy to pay for the services I've approved, I wanted them to just take into consideration the fact that I'm being charged for an additional amount I didn't approve. This could've been managed better if I was told straight after the job that the work actually l required cost more than initially expected and approved. I only found out about it when I received the invoice.

A very sneaky way of conducting business and I don't appreciate being threatened with legal action after they've charged me for a cost I did not approve.

Fire Services Central operative was punctual, efficient and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend.
