Beautiful Tiles
Lovely selection of tiles, easy to order and arrived on time. A couple of tiles were damaged in transit, but Rosa at Beaconsfield Fired Earth sorted out replacements immediately.

Easy to use website. The samples arrived on time, were well packaged and there was no delivery charge.

Craig and Trina from Haslemere were both utterly fantastic! Over a period of a few weeks with 4 bathrooms, one cloakroom and one entrance hall to complete Craig and Trina came up with inspirational, exciting designs. They were both so creative, patient, thoughtful and just so lovely. It was worth the hours drive to the shop every time! Thank you so much and would highly recommend.

Trina and Craig at Haslemere Fired Earth have been absolutely fantastic. The whole process has been easy and they are so happy to help with choosing tiles within a budget (not pushing you to expensive ones!), measuring and allowing the correct number of tiles and chasing deliveries. Nothing is too much trouble, they are so friendly and nice to work with. My tiles and paint are absolutely fantastic and have transformed the space. Thank you so much for your expertise.

Eve, from the Bristol store helped me immensely with my bathroom order via phone and email. She was very friendly and was very quick to respond to any query. I also appreciated her recommendations and her thoroughness. . I would definitely purchase again from Fired Earth especially if it was Eve on the other end of the phone.

We have relied on Charlotte and her team @ Fired Earth Chester for over 3 years now and have never once found the service extended anything other than terrific. They are knowledgeable, amazingly friendly and above all professional. Products are also great. We highly recommend them.

Our tiles were great quality and look beautiful in our porch. The staff were really helpful with our order and suggested the perfect grout colour to match the tiles.

Updated 2 bathrooms and used Fired Earth tiles in both. Love the products, they were ideal for a period property. I attended Fired Earth in Edinburgh where the staff could not have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend going in to the store rather than buy on line. Also got loads of paint from them too. Catherine

The tiles are great but the delivery was very difficult. The delivery costs are relatively high and we were told that we would be informed on the day of delivery 2 hours before. The 2 hour time slot wasn't given and we then received a phone call to say the tiles were outside. The delivery driver was very polite but stated he wasn’t told he was meant to communicate anything on the day of delivery. We had to rearrange delivery for the following day as our builder had gone out for a few minutes. On that day the tiles were delivered at around 2pm to our builder. We then received a message at 7:30pm to say that the tiles would be delivered between 7:30-9:30pm. The whole delivery service was very confused.

Prompt delivery well packaged

Formerly a long term user and enthusiastic customer of fired earth for paint - recommended them to my friends. Got a warning that their supplier had changed and reorders might have colour or tone changes, fair enough. Fired Earth paint was a joy to use, excellent quality intensity of pigment, coverage etc. This "new" paint is very poor indeed - you'd do better with diy store bought at half the price. Packaging is fancier but overall smacks of a cheaper product. I'm a portrait artist so I do know my paint so no patronising response please. Unless it changes back and soon I'll be avoiding it in future.

This was the company's response to the above "Hello Neville, as all our our paint is small batch produced can you please contact our Customer Care team with your order details so we can further investigate."

I bought a product from them.... now I have to tell them details of what they sold me? Do they have no internal controls to identify their own sales orders?
Comment from them was unsigned.

Got refunded and customer service was very good. I've upgraded this review to a three (this is not about the company but the product). Maybe I just got a rogue tin but I doubt it.
