I don't think this company cares about customers and is possibly a scam website.

I placed an order for items showing in stock (fairly standard items), after which I kept receiving adverts for products and offers for a few days but no sight of what was going on with my order. I emailed for a status update and was told "Hello, awaiting stock at the moment. We have chased this up for you. Support FDS"

Great, thanks for keeping me updated! Never mind though.

Continued waiting and got more marketing emails in the mean time but still no update on the order. I emailed again "Hi, please can you provide an update and a timeframe? The items were showing in stock when I ordered and this is appalling customer service."

I get a response back saying: "Hello, Sorry this order has been cancelled and refunded. Support​ FDS" ​​​​

Still no sight of my refund.

Excellent service, my original smoke alarms were obsolete, so I rang them to ask about replacements, so helpful and gave spot on advice sent me a link for the product they recommended and I ordered online, received next day.

Had a massive issue with dhl for delivery which I completely understand isn’t the sellers fault but they was about as much use a chocolate tea pot with trying to resolve the issue twice I was told I would get a call back or email and both time with 2 different people it never happened

Absolutely amazing, I’m a qualified electrician that has had more experience in the commercial solar industry and house bashing and never really ventured into fire alarm systems. Got to say that the tech support I received (I think from Paul) was amazing and based on this and reasonable pricing, this will be my go to for fire detection systems in the future x

The fire detection shop were brilliant, I required a part urgently for a job and they managed to get me the required part and delivered the following day and at a very fair price.
Also after some trouble returning parts recently after dealing with Paul who was extremely helpful we got the situation resolved.
Couldn't recommend the fire detection shop enough.

The products are good quality and what I wanted was in stock - at a good price. When I needed help with my order, I got it via phoning them and then later via email.

I ordered my materials over the phone to confirm stock levels before ordering. Paul was really helpful several times now on the phone. The support side helped me via email, even after errors on my side that delayed a return. Thank you for the help and support.

Ordered a system for an installation I was carrying out, I have used online suppliers a lot and found their service very good and prompt. Not this company, I received an order confirmation but never received tracking information. After calling several times and seemingly being spun lies it is obvious my product is not going to be dispatched. I was promised phone calls back, my emails never returned. Very poor service, some simple communication would have avoided this negative review.

I have order staff few weeks ago and still hasn’t received
No communication, no email reply, no update..

Excellent product knowledge and rapid response to technical queries.

I ordered smoke and heat detectors and a fire blanket. The two items appeared to come from different sites and I therefore paid two lots of postage. In fact they come from the same company, so I should have just paid one postage. Why are the two fire protection related site different and why don’t they link orders to save us money?

Quality of product and packaging was 1st class. Delivery was on time. 10/10

Still waiting for my delivery. No communication from the Fire Detection Shop about my order! Called to hear the products I purchased had been recalled due to an upgrade and that they couldn’t give me a delivery date. Poor customer service and very disappointed. Hopefully they will arrive soon :(

Ordered some alarms, but they never got dispatched. I had to call 2 times for them to tell me the alarms are not in stock and need to wait more than a month for them to receive and dispatch. Making excuses with the producer, but at the same time the same products are available everywhere else online. Called after a month of waiting and cancelled my order as there was no ideawhat the delivery time will be anymore. Now waiting for a refund for 2 weeks already and had to open a chargeback dispute cause I don't think I will see money back. Do not buy from this Mickey Mouse company.
