The product is amazing.
The product is amazing. True quality african hard wood! The only problem is with the delivery company. If someone is at home then you'll have no problem at all, but with a working family it took us 7 extra working days just to get our delivery due to us not being at home and at work during the day and the delivery company doesn't get in contact with you nor sends a text stating delivery times. And when you try to organise a new delivery its ignored. Had to go to the depo to get my package at the end of the day. The whole delivery was a bit of a shambles.
But that being said, I can now sit back and enjoy a Braai the way its meant to be. On true african hard wood!

Courier issue, but great service from Firemasters
Shipping box was badly damaged when I received it, but I’d only ordered fire wood, so it made no difference to the product! I’d put that down to it being really heavy and the couriers struggling to lift it. Firewood looks great though and can’t fault the service from Firemasters!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I was introduced to Fire Masters through a group on facebook, people were singing their praises for high quality hard wood.
The website is clear and easy to use.
After placing my 1st order I was contacted by Mike to confirm delivery within 2 days of ordering.
The product was delivered efficiently and with a smile. The braai that night was fantastic and will be placing another order soon!
Friendly, efficient company with a fantastic product.
I would thoroughly recommend.
