Fire Power Cloud is a great service, and very good value for money for what you get. I have the Office Box, which is the main (and only official) offering currently, and, most of the time, it works great for my uses, which are mainly web hosting, email hosting, and general storage/a mobile, easy access PC.
The price is £11.99 a month, and the box I have is based in Germany, though there are datacenters elsewhere (e.g UK) which should be active too. I have been with the service for a little under a year now, so have fully experienced all there is with it, good and bad.
In terms of specs, my Box (and I think all boxes now) have 4 cores of a Ryzen 5950x, which is an upgrade from 2 cores previously, and is definitely more than sufficient for all uses I can see people realistically getting this for, as it doesn't come with a dedicated GPU, so is limited to more lightweight activities anyway.
The internet speeds are advertised as a gigabit connection with a maximum of 750mbps down/up. In reality, I've experienced around 300mbps down and 80mbps up for the majority, which, again, for my main uses are still very fast and sufficient for downloads.
There have been several periods of downtime, however, that have been quite annoying, and ranged between a few days, and a month, and downgraded this review to 4 stars, though this was during the Pandemic, and I have been assured these will stop as things begin to stabilise, and I fully believe this to be the case.
Furthermore, the advertised response time for tickets is a little misleading, as some have taken over a week to respond to at times. Although this can also be attributed to the pandemic and general shortages, it is something to watch out for if you ever have issues, though isn't a dealbreaker for me.
Overall, despite some negative reviews, this service is one I hope to see continue to grow and thrive in the future, as it is great value for money, and, though has went through some rough patches, I believe will come out of the other side stronger.
I've been asked by FPC to leave an honest review. I have been with FPC 7 months. In these 7 months I've opened 3 tickets, each issue raised was dealt with much within their SLA and 2 of them turned out to be my fault! Never been offline. Brilliant service, 10/10.
I was a customer before they upgraded to the AMD 5950X processors, and although they promised to upgrade all the rigs automatically after the change, after a few months they still hadn't. So when I had month I wasn't using the service much, I cancelled. Since then I've tried to sign up again twice, once months ago which ended with me requesting activation via ticket that wasn't answered for two weeks and resulted in a cancellation and refund and now, when I requested activation via a ticket and it hasn't been answered for two weeks. Digging around the client area however, I see the service has been down since Mid-November with no estimate on when it will be back up. Zero mention of this during sign up or when they took my money, landing page of the site makes no mention of it either.
AGAIN, THE SERVICE IS DOWN, HAS BEEN FOR ABOUT A MONTH AND A HALF AND THEY'RE NON-RESPONSIVE. THEY WON'T STOP YOU FROM ORDERING, BUT WON'T DELIVER SERVICE OR ANSWER TICKETS. DO NOT SIGN UP.
I'm confident I'll get a refund one way or another, but I was really hoping to use the service with all the upgrade add-ons I paid for. At this point however, I'm worried I'll reach the next billing date before I get a reply to my ticket. At least Shadow tells you they won't be able to provision a machine for about 3 months.

Service is still down, staff still isn't responding to tickets. Asking for a refund now, it appears these guys have been shut down somehow.

They sent multiple invoices and charged for a service before I could use it. When I was finally granted a session, I was only able to log in once, and after that each attempt was met with an error. The only way they provide connectivity is through RDP. Support tickets take days for any response and even then are not helpful. There is only one person, Lewis, working on support tickets.

I did have a previous review for this company but I have now deleted that review. I have subscribed to fire power cloud for a year and the Gaming offering is now being closed or going down for extended heavy maintenance with no date when it will return and all current users having there service cancelled. This however is not the issue. The issue is the lack of communication and not meeting the stated SLA for ticket responses, promising 24/7 support on the website and when you do get a reply promising fixes for issues that never happen. Fire power cloud could have been fantastic but unfortunately it has no worked out. When the service worked it was great but in the recent months trying to get a response about reported issues has been extremely difficult. I sadly could no longer recommend this company if the gaming service did come back. I would like to point out that prior to this the service was fantastic, my recommendation about this company has changed due to the recent months of silence.

So this company originally had very good reviews and came recommend on a few different forums as a good alternative to other remote computing solutions. Unfortunately it seems like they’ve gone down hill over the past year; I purchased access to their service in April and a month later my box is still “pending” and I’ve never received a réponse to my support ticket asking why I’m getting charged monthly for a service that isn’t even available to me yet.
That wouldn’t be a big deal, but I also can’t cancel this “pending” service anywhere on their client area, they keep charging me, and I haven’t gotten a response to a service ticket to cancel my service. Fortunately I paid through PayPal and could cancel the subscription there, but I don’t know what someone who used an alternative payment method would do. Avoid them.

FirepowerCloud promise 24/7 support on their site but this has been nowhere to be seen. My ticket has been open for over a week now, the box wasn't activated until I contacted FirePower and asked why they had taken payment twice.
All I want now is a refund after a hour of trying to use the OfficeBox, I'll give it a bit longer but cannot suggest this service to anyone in good faith. Due to the default config being Remote Desktop exposed to the Internet, this isn't appropriate for anyone whos relatively tech savvy as it can introduce security vulnerabilities.
The CPU is weak and not as advertised on their site, the 24/7 support isn't as advertised on their site and the customer satisfaction score appears to have no source.
Really nice idea, Poor execution, company isn't ready for launch and they're clearly out of their depth.

The worst service I’ve ever come across. The machine does not work after 3 hours of shutdown. They couldn't fix the mistake in 1 month, they're just talking about it next week but nothing. The refund was promised by the individual named Lewis (13/03/2021) but still did not refund the amount. I am asking for my data to be deleted but not that it has been deleted but the invoice will still be sent to me to pay! I have already filed a refund claim with PayPal.
The support is not available 24 hours a day ..... it is never available, they do not respond to anything.
The whole company is a big fake company, zero staff, zero technique, big zero all over!
I would not recommend this big fake company to anyone !!

Bought their Office Box package only to have it blue screen the second I loaded the virtual machine.
I tried contacting support, who claim a 24/7/365 support team and got no reply. I then asked for a refund and also didn't get a reply from that.
Then I elevated the case to PayPal and they didn't even reply to PayPal! They ran out of time and PayPal won it in my favour.
This company is an absolute joke, avoid them like the plague because if your service messes up, if it even starts, don't expect a reply.
Terrible terrible service.

Been using Fire Power for about 4-5 months now and has been the best experience yet, Fire Power is not bottlenecked by older shared CPUs like many other cloud gaming PC services out there, the team is very helpful in fixing issues users may have and has a very active Discord community. I would recommend this service to anyone looking for a real powerful gaming PC in the cloud with premium quality.

I bought the box on Saturday morning and on the site they claim almost instant activation. Well it took till Tuesday evening.
Then when I did receive it it was even worse:
I couldn't do anything on the computer it was slower than I could ever imagine. Every click took 30 seconds to load, it was simply unusable.
So I thought maybe something was wrong so I contacted them. They claimed 24/7 support so I was confident in getting help. WRONG AGAIN. I made 2 tickets and it bas been 4 workday and I have yet to be helped by them.
Hopefully this would fall under customer protection

I signed up recently, the price for the office box is honestly just great for what you get. The office box was setup fast and I got access pretty much immediately.
Support is very helpful, I had an issue with my payment and Windows that where both resolved fast by a very nice support agent.
I had no issue connecting with any of my devices.
Fire Power Cloud is up to a very good start and I look forward to using them for a long time!
