Use Google trad , j'ai une box depuis 3 mois . J'ai eu pas mal de soucis avec celle-ci .Le support est vraiment moyen.Déjà deux semaines que je suis sans ordinateurs et le support m'annonce un retour du service qui n'arrive jamais . Certains avis m'ont l'air faux ... Mais sinon quand l'ordinateur marche sans bugs c'est un plaisir et la box me permet de stream avec une bonne qualité . Je ferais une mise à jour si le service est de retour .

unfortunately really poor. website claims you will have instant access to your box - mine has sat in pending for over a week with no comms whatsoever and still has not changed. No reply to messages to tech support - complete waste of time and money. Use an alternative supplier these take your money and make no effort to even manage your expectations.

I signed up to Fire Power because I thought it would be a good way of upgrading my PC without spending a fortune. I signed up For to the standard Fire Power Box and within minutes received an email containing an IP address and instructions on how to connect.

I followed the instructions, to the letter, on a PC, IPHONE and IPAD and could not connect. This is when I sent an email to Technical Support (who are allegedly available 24/7) for some help.

After two days I have had no response and my cloud PC is still not working.

Is there anybody else out there who has had a similar experience?

The system i was given is so good and gives extreme performance that only a 2k gaming rig would give you

well this is my first ever review i write so forgive me if its bad lol.
first of this is still a beta service at this moment so issues are normal. however communication is very good. and even when there are issues they will update you every step they take.
second the connection is amazing even from mainland EU. its more stable and has less latency than other services i tried. even others where the DC is physically closer to me.

maybe they could improve on communication outside of discord. however if you join the discord you get all the communication you will want (maybe to much even :D ).
so TL:DR 10/10 would do again. and 10/10 would recommend

On the positive side, the support (once you reach them) is very friendly. Once you get your machine activated (which unfortunately can take very long), it's okay - unless you need support or want to cancel.

Unfortunately the service has not yet been improved much. I wanted to quit the service and requested this in the interface. For more than 14 days there is no answer from the support. From the team itself there were only empty promises in the last months that everything should get better. A lot of apologies are made, but that doesn't help either.
A pity actually as Cloud Gaming has great potential.

I can't rate support, because it doesn't answer. My Officebox is also not activated. Dubious page, the ratings here do not look real either!

There's your average Windows Remote Desktop provider.... and then there's FIRE POWER CLOUD!

It's been a year since I signed up and haven't looked back since. Customer support is always first class and second to none! Lewis and his team really go out of there way to help you - but because the service is that good - there's rarely any need to contact them!

I have used AWS and Hetzner to spin up my own RDP instances but my go to machine is always my Fire Box! Amazing speed, 99.99% uptime and it can handle pretty much what I throw at it!

Unlike some providers there are no bandwidth issues, connectivity problems or restrictions placed for heavy users like myself.

All in all, would 100% recommend Fire Power Cloud to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive Windows RDP provider.

High power cloud computing, good pricing, and great support. Highly recommend for professionals needing easily accessible computing.

Great company with a fantastic customer service team. All question I had answered quickly and professionally.

After two hours of messing around you cannot even get sound working very poor service will not recommend sound is basic requirement of remote desktop technical support was good and tried to help but it's compatibility issue note it doesn't work with Chromebooks

I have been using their product now for about three weeks without any problems, very happy with the high level of professionalism from the customer support team, my fire box has helped make my work life simpler!

Had my Fire Box for about 4 months now. Great support team answered all the questions I had. 10/10 product & 10/10 support team!
