Bought a pair of fire beaters as we have been plagued by malicious fires on local grass land.
Fire safety store were the best value I could find and delivery was within 2 days.
Tools are top quality and I have no hesitation recommending this store.

Not happy
I ordered this item believing that they were in stock
I emailed twice for an update on delivery with no response - I then telephoned and was told they would 'look into it' (7 days later)
I then received an email saying that they were on back order and not available until the following month
I ordered the same part from RS Components and it arrived less than 24 hours later - enough said
