After placing the order
After placing the order, it appears that they can't process the order as it is out of stock, you should tell before we place the order. Never the less it came quicker than expected. Cheers, would recommend and use again. Price is very cheap compared to others in the market.

I'm sorry that you didn't get notified of the stock issue prior to ordering. I know we did send a follow up email after receiving the order but I do take your point. It is better for you to have that information before the order is placed. We will change the way we notify low stock in future to try and avoid this and make it more visible prior to ordering.

Did not tell me they had sent item and were difficult to contact. I had no idea who was delivering the two fire extinguishers or when. The items seem to be ok quality but time will tell. Would look elswhere next time. Thank you for your reply . Would you look at my other reviews and find I am quite generous with companies that deserve five star reviews but you fell a little short of that didn't you and now a poor attitude . You did not send me a notification that you sent the parcel or who was delivering it. As for the quality I won't know until I have a fire . I have reduced my revue to two stars because I really think your attitude is rather poor.

On receiving your order, an order processing email was sent out. A second email was sent out on dispatch along with a tracking email from the courier. I would recommend checking your junk folder for these if you've not seen them in your inbox. We are aware from other feedback that the courier email is not being linked to our business and is easy to miss. For this reason we've made a change this week to highlight that it is our parcel the email relates.
As for the quality being "OK", I can confirm you were sent two extinguishers from two of the leading manufacturers in the industry, both CE & Kitemarked and provided with comprehensive 5 year warranties.
I don't accept we are difficult to contact. You made 3 calls within ten minutes at lunchtime. On the third call you left a message. Within five minutes you were called back by my wife confirming the parcel was out for delivery that day, and it was handed to you 20 minutes later by the courier. We are a team of two, in a family business, along with young children, who are equally our priority and just can't always answer the phone instantly. However, we always return any calls/messages as soon as we are able. We generally encourage email contact for this reason.
We greatly value your custom and would be sorry if you went elsewhere in the future. Should you reconsider, I will personally ensure you receive the tracking details by phone and email.

It Doesn't Get Any Better Than This...
It's always a pleasure to leave a 5-Star review, and this one certainly deserves it. I ordered my foam fire extinguisher one day and had it delivered the next, which is quite "exceptional," considering the importance of the product, which came well packaged.
The price was competitive, and the transaction from viewing to purchase was "transparent" and easy to understand from a no-fuss web page.
It's a "sturdy" unit, not a cheap budget option, and it includes a pressure gauge, which I prefer for maintenance reasons. This feature inspires confidence for my home studio and camper van in case I need it on the go. It also has a sturdy wall bracket that not all extinguishers come with.
I'm delighted with the service, and I "highly" recommend FireSafe West Midlands.
