From the initial home visit, to the showroom visit & fitting, I was provided with options, clear explanations, instructions and excellent after care. From start to finish the service has been flawless. All my questions were answered thoroughly and patiently. Darren and Helen are so knowledgeable, approachable and helpful and communication was consistently good via email, phone or in person at their lovely showroom. The team who came to install the stove were professional, friendly and hard working. On leaving they left the areas they had been working in immaculate and my stove and the surrounding area looks stunning! The next stage is fitting the mantle shelf, demonstrating how to use my stove and advice on sourcing fuel etc. I can’t recommend Darren, Helen, and their team highly enough.

A great job of installing our fire and false chimney breast all in a day. Very professional attitude from all the team. All work was completed to schedule and all operational instructions delivered clearly and succinctly.

Darren and all were excellent throughout the entire process! Communication was spot on, any questions Darren and his wife quick to answer! One of few companies that wanted to come and not only introduce himself but actually visually inspect before offering you an invite to his showroom! The show room visit was an excellent touch!

We have had our new Dunsley log-burning stove now for six weeks and are absolutely delighted with it. It lights every time with a single match and small firelighter, burns half the amount of logs as the old stove, leaves little ash, and the glass hardly ever clouds up. What more could we ask for. The installation by Darren and his team went smoothly and they left everything clean and tidy afterwards. I chose Ignite+ because of the all the positive reviews and they didn't disappoint!
Darren is very knowledgeable and visited my property to explain the best option. I then visited the lovely showroom to choose the stove and type of hearth.
On the day Darren and his team did a fabulous job, removing my old fireplace to open up the chimney and replacing it - which I didn't think would be possible. All done within the day with minimal disruption and rubbish removed as agreed. Fantastic after care and advice on logs, kindling etc. Very pleased, thank you!

Informative, knowledgeable & helpful service from phone call enquiry, initial meetings at home & at the showroom, through to completion of installation. A short waiting time for the work to be completed once the order was placed.
The fireplace was opened up, prepared, stove & corresponding materials fitted & all rubbish removed, as agreed, within a working day. House left clean afterwards with only the necessary disruption.
All installers professional, friendly & efficient.
Thorough instructions & good communication of stove type & use after installation.
Hetas certificate received as advised two weeks after completion.
As yet, there has been no need for any follow up.
