Auch bei mir waren nach der Bestellung plötzlich nicht 2 Flaschen, sondern zusätzlich 4 Flaschen zum zusätzlichen Preis von 79,96 ausgewiesen. Stornierung war nicht möglich. Es wurde sogar eine Abbuchungermächtigung bei paypal eingerichtet, die ich zum Glück bemerkte und stornieren konnte.
Also, nicht bei dieser Firma bestellen!!!!

Communication with customer services following my returns request of a 4-pack was good if rather convoluted and therefore frustrating. Mia and Catherine of the team, were very responsive and were always polite. Annoyingly a computer bot ‘Charlie’ was asking for reviews almost daily. I did feel that a refund wasn’t going to happen but once I’d sent back the 4 units all unused/unopened, and had complied with other conditions, Catherine passed my case on to Jonathan and it was through him that the refund was concluded, via PayPal.
Note that this review is associated only with the returns process and not the efficacy of the HaloGrow product.

Ordered on offer buy 2 get 2 free, upon quick payment I was charged double what they were advertising, immeadietly emailed to cancel the order, misleading advertising, I’ve had back and forth emails and surprise surprise it’s been despatched 😤 told to contact again once recieve it and will be walked through return process. My advice is to avoid

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I decided to order ONE product from this company. I realised that my total was for two products and I had already been charged. For two different products, one of which I did not order. I should have looked at TripAdvisor first. This appears to be their MO.
If it is a genuine mistake, I will update this post. If it is deliberate, I will update this post, including all the industry bodies I have contacted and their response.

A complete load of rubbish. They stole over £100 from my account when I only ordered one bottle. They sent me about 8 and told me that’s what I ordered. Told me I could return unwanted ones for a full refund but found it impossible to do. Plus the stuff doesn’t work. Also keep trying to unsubscribe as I certainly don’t want more of the rubbish but they still keep emailing me with offers. My advise, steer well clear.

Don’t waste your money on this product it does not work.

I ordered some hairgrow spray from Halogrow, they offer 3 sprays for £39.99, A bit more than i wanted to pay, but if it works oh well, i look to see if the money went, i see they have helped themselves to another £63.96 making it a total of £103.95 then i see no refund policy, the company is a whole scam i worry, be careful of this American company probably the hair restore spray is a scam too

Ich habe das Produkt nicht getestet, da mir plötzlich der 3-fache Preis abgezogen wurde. Eine Stornierung (nach nur wenigen. Minuten nach der Bestellung) ist fast unmöglich. Es ist die reinste Abzocke! Mal sehen, ob ich meine fast 80 € wiederbekomme. Finger weg davon!

Update 1. Mai:
nach diversem Mailwechsel wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass das Paket auf dem Weg zum Versanddienstleister ist- ca. 8 Stunden nach der Bestellung. Dabei habe ich die erste Stornierungsmail 3 Minuten nach der Bestellung abgeschickt. Darauf hin habe ich zu Sicherheit noch diverse andere Mails abgeschickt.
Ein Mitarbeiter meinte, ich könne ja weniger Flaschen nehmen, denn da würde eine Änderung wohl in der Bestellung gehen. Doch eine Stornierung ist nicht machbar. So ein Bullshit! Da hätten sie die Ware auf 0 setzen können und damit hätte es sich erledigt. So eine erpresserische und aggressive Verkaufsmasche habe ich noch nicht erlebt.
Nun bin ich gespannt, ob mir ein Rücksendeetikett zugeschickt wird, wie es mir ein Mitarbeiter zugesichert hat.

Update 6. Mai:
Mittlerweile habe ich den Fall der Verbraucherschutzzentrale gemeldet. Bitte meldet diese Fälle, damit diese Firma nicht mehr ihre illegalen Spielchen durchziehen kann. Mit PayPal habe ich auch das letzte Mal bezahlt. Die unterstützen überhaupt nicht den Käufer!
Und die sinnlosen Kommentare unter meiner Rezension seitens der Firma sind nur heiße Luft. Ich habe bereits am Tag der Bestellung an 3 verschiedene E-Mail-Adressen die Stornierung geschickt. Auch an die unten angegebene. Aber nichts tut sich.

Update 11.6.2026:
Als über Hermes die Lieferung angekündigt wurde, habe ich diese direkt online storniert. Hermes hat sie nicht ausgeliefert und zurück gesendet. Bei PayPal habe ich nach diversen Mailverkehr nun endlich mein Geld zurückbekommen.

Also an alle Betrugsopfer: Ware stornieren, Geldeinzug sofort von der Bank zurückordern, Käuferschutzfall bei PayPal eröffnen, Warenauslieferung online stornieren und die Mails an PayPal zur Beweislage schicken, PayPal auch anrufen, falls der Fall zu Gunsten des Verkäufers entschieden wird (war bei mir der Fall).

Es kostet viele Nerven, aber ich wollte mir diese Abzocke nicht bieten lassen! Seid hartnäckig!

I placed an order for one of their sprays to try out which was meant to total $34.90
As payment was going through I noticed they had added more product without my consent.
I immediately tried to cancel the order but they make it impossible to do. On checking my visa I found 2 charges for $38.80 and $54.26
I should have checked Trustpilot first so have learned my lesson.

Since posting this review I have realised that this Company is in the USA and payment is made in US dollars which makes it very expensive with the exchange rate.

Worst company ever ever to deal with & customer service is not at all helpful they stall & stall & stall & stall you over & over & over again until you get feed up to the point of distraction. Asking the same question again to simple delay refunds or goods being delivered!! Shocker DONOT BUY FROM THEM!

Bei der Berechnung meiner Bestellung fiel auf, dass statt 2 bestellten Flaschen, 4 berechnet wurden. Die sofortige Stornierung und der Widerruf, beides innerhalb von 5 Minuten nach Aufgabe der Bestellung, wurde nicht akzeptiert mit der Begründung, die Bestellung sei schon auf dem Versandweg. Die Bestätigung der Bestellung kam erst ca.15 Minuten später, nach meiner Stornierung und dem Widerruf. Eine Rücksendung in die USA soll ich nun selber zahlen, ca 26€.
Also alles Betrug!!! Diese Seite nicht nutzen!!!

Really awful company, I had tried to order a bottle to try. Got to check out I was being charged for things I didn’t order , kept trying to send a form so I could change my order. None of 12 forms got sent. No customer service at all. Tried to cancel. Apparently in the 10 mins after I sent the order they had sent the order and I couldn’t cancel I truly believe this company are scammers. Be WARNED
