Prompt, efficient and a good price
The logs are well packed in sacks which can be re-cycled and easy to carry. They are clearly priced per m3. The man who delivered them was pleasant and not at all phased by tricky access to my house.

Poor customer service and communication!
Ordered a crate of firewood and added the preferred delivery date option. Received no communication from the company and ultimately didn’t get a delivery on the date i required as it turned out the website hadn’t taken the fee for a preferred delivery date!! So the order was sitting on hold for over a week and there was no communication from the company. I had taken a day off and lost a days income and then had to take another day off for when they eventually delivered! Poor customer service when i phoned with my query, and was left with no conclusive answers. I will probably avoid ordering from these again.

A payment glitch on our site should never result in a customer being left in the dark, and our system should have automatically flagged this to alert both our team and you immediately. Furthermore, receiving unhelpful, inconclusive service when you called to resolve it falls far below the standard we expect from our support team.
We are actively investigating why the checkout failed to collect the preferred delivery date fee and why your call wasn't handled with the care and urgency it deserved. We deeply regret the disruption to your time and work.

Good birch logs
I usually buy only birch logs, seem to suit our fire better, these look as good as any I have purchased. The tracking is not great; Firewood.Co need to sort out with Palletways so customers get information from the day it’s dispatched with date/time. Had to make a couple of phone calls for reassurance; my tracker became live the day of delivery which makes it really difficult to plan being at home. In that said now I know what to expect I am likely to order again. The delivery driver was very good, phoned ahead and put the pallet exactly where I wanted it.

Ordering experience was easy, delivery not so good.
Ordering experience was easy, so five stars there but the delivery wasn't so good. We asked the driver to put the ton pack behind our gate but they refused so we're left with a ton pack of wood on our drive, we will now have to hire a pallet truck to move them.

Due to insurance regulations and the equipment used by freight haulage networks, pallet deliveries are officially strictly kerbside or driveway drops. Drivers use manual pallet trucks which cannot roll over uneven ground, gravel, or steps, nor enter private property boundaries if there is any risk of obstruction or hazard.
That said, we completely understand how frustrating it is to be left with a heavy ton pack in an inconvenient spot when you were expecting it behind your gate. We apologize for the extra effort and cost this has caused you, and we appreciate your feedback as we work to make these delivery guidelines clearer at checkout.

No notification about week's delay
I appreciated being able to get pizza wood as we have a tiny woodburner.
However it was well over a week before the pallet reached the courier, and there was no notification advising me of the delay.
