3 Day Blended First Aid Course - Brilliant!
Prior to the in person sessions, you were required to complete the online course. This helps tremendously as you get to go at a speed you’re comfortable with and familiarise yourself with the information you’ll go over again with the practical understanding and benefit.
Our trainer over the two days was Jodie who was fantastic. Her experience clearly showed as she was able to go through the content in a very manageable and engaging manner. She also had plenty of anecdotes to share which made the learning experience that bit more interesting. I would highly recommend her as a trainer should anyone wish to take the course.

A not good experience with false…
UPDATE:
My complaint was followed up and I got offered compensation, a voucher to attend another course and a full first aid kit. So I have updated my score from 1 to 3 because I was impressed with the way this was handled. I have also been informed that the trainer has had some extra coaching since.
A not good experience with false information being given. Incorrect facts and the instructor was quite rude.

A very practical, hands-on one day First Aid Course
This one day course was very informative and delivered very well. All scenarios were covered and delivered in a practical manner which helps with remembering the procedures.

A true first aid course
The instructor was professional and experienced, covering subjects of first aid in great detail . This was NOT a tick box lesson like previous courses I have attended . Well done Fernando
