Not only were they able to fill our reservation during a time of driver shortages, they were able to modify our reservation with no hassle at all. The bus was right on time and they were even kind enough to pull up close in the rain! Would definitely use again.

One of the busses broke down before they arrived to pick us up. We paid for 5 busses and only got 4. On the way back, the fifth bus was only a small one which is not what we ordered. The bussing staff was amazing though! Amber really made my day and was so kind.

First Charter did a great job with transporting our sorority to our annual formal! They were a little late due to traffic, but both buses arrived within 10 minutes of the pick up time and apologized. They were very courteous and answered all my questions thoroughly when booking.

We had never rented a vehicle before, but for our excursion there were 14 of us. A friend of mine recommended First Charter school bus rentals. I had never dreamed of taking a group on a school bus. However, it turned out to be the best event we’ve ever planned! The bus was on time. It was very clean! Our driver, Janice, was fantastic!!!
She made the whole trip fun! We didn’t feel like we had a driver for our bus. We felt more so like we had a good friend driving our bus being the designated driver so that we could party!
In the future when we plan a large group event, we’ve all agreed to utilize the services of First Charter and, hopefully, have Janice as our driver!

Couldn’t recommend this service more. They did a great job, our driver was very easy to deal with and accommodating. The bus was clean and nice. They definitely made our keeneland trip much better.

My one complaint is that I was given the driver's wrong phone number, so I had zero contact with them until I was on the bus that they would show up, could add a couple extra stops, etc.

Would recommend the service though, super affordable compared to other local options.
