First Choice Doors & Windows  Opiniones

Very helpful. Patient in explaing things and how things go.quick in working and cleaning up at the end of the work. Prompt at all times.

We recently procured the servies of First Choice to provide and install windows and a composite porch door, from the very start of the process Ray from sales was friendly professional and courteous , going through all the options in detail taking appropriate measurements that formed the basis of the quote, one we had agreed the details and accepted the quote, the surveyor Charlie and one of the window fitters visited us to take detailed measurements and conduct a fitting survey yet again they were polite professional and courteous,.
From the first day of the work the fitters worked tirelessly, they were diligent, hardworking and polite, working for 10 hours on the first day, this continued over the course of the work, they took minimal breaks, making very little mess, so that at the end of then work we had minimal clearing up to do.
I cannot emphasise strongly enough how hard they worked, if you decide to First Choice to replace your windows or doors, you would be fortunate to have “Lucky” and “Romey” as your fitters, as they were exceptional.
we are very satisfied with the works and the products installed, all in all then whole experience was pretty painless and mush less of a chore that we anticipated.

Absolutely fantastic product, fitted to a very high standard by very skilled professional polite tradesmen. They didn't stop from the time they arrived. Cannot fault them. Really pleased with the work carried out. We had soffits, fascias and guttering front and back of the house. Very clean and tidy workers. They removed all rubbish and the were very efficient at cleaning the area as soon as they were finished.
Very competitive prices and good after sales follow up. We have had two visits within a few days of work being completed.
Initial contact with the company was very good sales and surveyor, prompt and concise explained everything clearly.
One downfall which I believe they have now put things in place to rectify was communication wasn't as good as it could have been prior to starting the work. This was a worry at the time.
They have apologised for this and assured us that this was now being addressed.
I am very happy to recommend this company and their workmanship without reservation.

Yesterday I contacted
First choice window.
I had my windows repaired last year and needed touching up also my window key snapped in the lock.
Darren came to fix all the problem and was happy to help me out.
I am a happy customer
Highly reccommend

What an A Team!
From Ray who started the process to the fitters who finished it. Great job. Thanks.

Very positive review for a fabulous service! From the very start, with Jo/Josh on initial contact to the surveyor and fitters, so professional and respectful. A special mention to Ray who was so supportive and kind. I wish I could mention you all but I don’t want to get your names wrong. Seriously, we are so very happy with the finished product. I would definitely recommend this company.

I will keep leaving reviews to make sure no-one uses this company - we are 2 times customers - first for a front door and windows upstairs and down - all seemed ok
So started a warm weathered conservatory and utility room with them - covid hit and we had to argue for them to complete the work - they had taken down our conservatory and utility and left us with just pillars and no washing machine facilities. Once they did come back what they did was shocking - the council condemmed the roof and they had to redo it and 4 years later we were still trying to get them to fix the conservatory. We have since paid £6000 to a structural engineer and building company to repair the conservatory as it was not tied to the house and was falling down.

Please please please avoid these at all costs!

We purchased a conservatory from this company 12 months ago, the installation was a complete farce. When the weather turned last autumn, we started to get rust stains on the outside sills. Numerous requests made for someone to take a look, thought we were getting somewhere recently when an engineer was booked to come out, but they didn't turn up. I wish I had read the reviews prior to purchasing from this company. Future buyers do your due diligence before committing to anything.

RIP OFF... KEEP CLEAR NEVER USE A THEM A VERY BAD COMPANY THAT WILL NOT HONOUR THE WARRANTY

Very Funny, we had spent a OVER £5000 with replacing all the down stairs window's, new front door & new large patio door in September 2025.

Just in the last few week June/July 26 the rest patio large double doors had an issue with the top door stay breaking, a large rivet had come out of the metal door stay (Top of the left door)

When calling first choice to get them to sort this out under warranty, (Which took a whole week for them to contact me) they said how did you break this by opening the door? and we can send someone out but it will cost £850 for them to check the damage door stay, they then was VERY RUDE & argued with my wife & myself we then put the phone down, I have never dealt with such a arrogant person on the phone who represent there company, I will never recommend them ever, as we was going to get them to replace the upstairs windows at the cost of over £6000

I then found the part on Amazon for £9.99 a bit of a difference of £850.

KEEP CLEAR NEVER USE A THEM A VERY BAD COMPANY THAT WILL NOT HONOUR THE WARRANTY

if i could give these no stars i would these people are no better than the phone line scammer ripped me off for my deposit never sent it me and just ignore me saying they get back to me months later nothing back from them nothing but scammers !!!!!!!!

We are four time existing customers with First Choice.
Our experience from having a conservatory, our windows and then our latest order fitted 08/06/26 which was a back door, has been excellent.
From Ray in sales who is so knowledgeable, honest and most importantly does not make you feel pressured, to the fitting team( Mr Singh and his wife) who are excellent fitters and very tidy.

I am very confident to reccommend this company as we have had jobs over the last Four years and have had no complaints.
Mrs Val Ratcliffe.

We are two time existing customers and have just had a conservatory roof fitted on 01/05/26, very satisfied with the product and the workmanship.

Ray, the sales rep is second to none. He is knowledgeable, honest, advised the best solution and never pushed the most expensive option, which for a sales rep is very refreshing!. He was also reliable and answered his phone whenever we needed any advice or assistance.

The husband and wife fitting team worked so hard and finished on the Saturday until completion at 9pm!. They are very committed and very conscientious.

I would highly recommend Ray, the fitting team and the company based on our experience.

I've had a number of jobs done by First Choice now. Front door replacement, rear french door replacement, installation of a made-to-measure canopy over my front windows and door. I cannot praise them enough! The work has always been excellent quality. The workers and office staff have always been friendly and helpful and willing to listen. There's always been a telephone follow-up as part of their customer care procedures. I've said it before, and I'll say it again, First Choice will always be my first choice.

First Choice Windows and Doors did an outstanding job fitting our new double‑glazed windows. The team was friendly, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. After a minor delay, which was quickly and professionally rectified, (thank you Charlie), the installation was smooth from start to finish, the house feels warmer and quieter already, and the quality of the finish is excellent. I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional window fitters.
