First Enroll has been taking monthly premiums out of my account since March 1st. My provider has just sent me a notice that TPA the claims department has no record of my insurance. I have called TPA, Sigma and First Enroll many times in the past week and it came down to first enroll has not filed the correct paper work. Then they keep lying to me about who can handle it and one rep says Ernie is in and the other says he didn't start yet. I have received nothing but lies from them. Now I have to seek legal counsel to get my premiums back and for medical bills accord. They are a scam!!!!!

Wow, since day 1- what a gut wrenching headache, a complete fuc*ing runaround. I needed medical & Dental assistance since I am unemployed. Many promises were made by LEOINSURANCE and RON BAVERMAN says that I am to ask for him but he is NEVER AVAILABLE! TOO many excuses!!! I'm done with this company. I was told by my dental office (my app. is tomorrow) and they said that I am not saving anything. A monthly deduction of $300 is a lot for no coverage. I just lost my father on April 16th and I care for my elderly mom, who lost her husband of 64 years. I DON'T NEED THIS ADDITIONAL STRESS. I requested a full refund of all money paid out to them ($596.66) and for them to delete all of my info, ESPECIALLY MY METHOD OF PAYMENT INFO.
THEY REFUSE!!!! My attorney is on standby and I am now taking LEGAL ACTION.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this sad excuse of a company.

I was sold an insurance plan that i was informed was blue cross blue shield and the agent checked and said my doctors accept it.. My card didn't say bcbs it said something else and when i reached out to several of my doctors they couldn't even find the plan i was sold. I called first enroll and they were giving me the run around. My plan was called Paramount plan 1and is not affiliated with bcbs whatsoever. I did get my refund. Warning stay away from this company

This is a complete and utter scam! Please save yourself time and aggravation and stay away. They sold themselves as insurance and now my daughter is unable to get medical coverage until open enrollment comes around.

This seems to be a scam, I called for the insurance and the lady took the card details saying we won’t charge but I received an email where I could see money was deducted in the name of computer customer support , when we called the company they send us list of documents showing it as legit but still we didn’t had good vibe about it and so called immediately to cancel our policy as their document mentions that we can cancel it within 30 days and they are not cooperating to cancel the policy, keep telling us to call tomorrow.

This “insurance” company is a complete scam and waste of time, money, and energy. I’ve had this “policy” in place for less than 30 days and did not submit any claims and wanted to cancel. They would not let me cancel the policy even though it states that you can within 30 days for a full refund of all money paid. They have given me the run around and sent me from department to department. This is a complete SCAM! Please be advised!!!

First Enroll is a complete scam. Do not purchase “insurance” from them. It is not medical insurance and covers nothing. I bought this and went to get my annual exam, but was denied and had to pay out of pocket. Save your money and if you need to go seek medical help seek other options.

Nothing was good about experience, from enrolling and not having it be accepted by the hospital, to conveniently forgetting to cancel the policy as requested even with an email confirmation stating it would be, to charging my credit card when asked not to. Just the worst.

Called what google had told me was Blue Cross Support - whoever answered acted as if they were who I was looking for. All I wanted to do was add my new daughter to our insurance plan. Sales scumbag told me I had to pay a months policy in advance of the due date to do this simple ask.
Turns out this company just took (more than) my monthly premium and BCBS has since told me they do not work with this company and has no record of my adding my daughter to my account since I got a bill today for that same policy payment I made last week that this company took. So not only did they lie out of their teeth to me for 30 minutes while impersonating another company, they flat out stole $900 from my family.
With the amount of reviews they have showing the same exact situations (hundreds on reddit), a class-action lawsuit sounds pretty simple.

Poor customer service. I tried to cancel my son's policy because he now has his own insurance. They would not let me even though I pay the bill every month. My son tried to call and could not get through until the next day which was one day too late so they charged me for another month. The insurance company blames the enroller, but they have the same phone number!

took my visa and charged $1011.02 that was to go sstraight to my banner aetna plan within 48 hours, then told 72 hoursm then a week, still no record f banner aetne receiving the $1011.02 they charged. It has been over a week. If I do not see it with aetna will dispute the charge with visa. quick to to take the call then disappear Thanks Alex!

This isn’t real insurance. We asked more than once if they were enrolling me through the marketplace and the agent flat out LIED and said yes. So the responses saying they’re a third party billing company mean nothing when your agents are telling people you’re associated with government health insurance. I want my money back and I want my plan (or whatever it even was) cancelled. This is unacceptable and literally fraud! You can’t impersonate a government agency on the phone then only tell the truth when people complain! That’s a SCAM!!!
Update:
The reply says the receipt for my refund and proof of cancellation is attached but there’s nothing there.

WARNING!!!I would give them zero stars if i could. This is a scam. I called to enroll into a new plan. According to them i was assinged molina plan. I ended up paying $140 only to receive information for ambetter. I called to cancel and was given a run around. From one person to the next and on. They refused to cancel. I had to dispjte with my bank and will see what happens.

Scam called, thought I called blue shield to upgrade dental. Apprantly I paid for a discount card. And lost out on my money. BS was told I'd get emails and have my payments reversed BS... make you wait on hold and sound ligit.. but nothing yet

$780 SCAM!
I called the Market Place to get health ins. For my daughter at the end of March 2024. Two weeks later she enrolled in health insurance through the state of Oregon. I gave her the phone number they provided at the time of sign up to cancel the health insurance. She called on April 18th at 4:30. The call lasted 6 min. from her phone ending in 5317. Information provided by Dennis , representative from the Market Place. I went to check my Discover card balance at the beginning of January to find that the health ins. money was still being taken out of my card. I called member services on the 16th of January an was told the policy was still active an had not been cancelled an no record of any phone call cancelling it. I had my daughter conference call member services with me. We made sure that it was cancelled right then. We was told they were emails sent out to me, which I never received. I had her send an email while we were on the phone. I did not receive it. My daughter gave them her email address an sent something to her with a CC send to me. We both got that one. I spoke to a supervisor named Shaun. I explained the situation. He said that they had proof that the emails were sent to my daughter with member cards an other info from March until the day it was cancelled. That is impossible, they did not have her email address until the 16th of January. I never received an email until after the 16th of January. Her nor I ever received any type of member info not even through regular mail. Absolutely no contact. I have called an talked to Shaun several times. He refuses to cooperate in any way. He is a very manipulative type an has a superiority complex. He said he would welcome to talk with anyone an prove he is right. XXX-XXX-XXXX. He said he would check into the other companies involved an never did. All I know is she made the call to cancel an it was never cancelled. I advised him that i would be contacting my credit card company an would be leaving reviews on here an Yelp. He then raised his voice at me an told me i was being "silly, this whole thing is just silly". Shaun refused to let me talk to anyone else about the issue an said his direct supervisor was the CEO an he would not want to talk to me. DONT USE THESE PEOPLE. ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY AN WILL NOT HELP YOU

They are just scammers. Evidenly, my insurance was canceled on Dec 26, which I had asked to be canceled on Dec 24th, 2024. According to Mr. Edward, they had no record of me calling them. I called and spoke with billing, I was transferred to another representative and asked to cancel my insurance on Dec 24th. But somehow they cancel my insurance on December 26th. How convenient.

I was shopping for insurance and ended up with a representative named John. He assured me that this is health insurance, so I gave them a card number. Talked with a representative from Farm Bureau Insurance and was advised against it. So, I have spent several hours on the phone trying to get my money back. On hold right now, not sure what`s going to happen. Wish me luck!
