This is the worse bank ever and they should not be in business. I had my address updated with an agent over the phone last week, but she misspelled my street name. I called on yesterday to have the typo fixed in the address and they kept telling me I had to go inside of a bank. Then they told me to call the branch manager Mrs. Gibson to fix the issue which was insane. After I literally had to argue with several agents one of the agents by the name of Mrs. Carruthers cancelled my online banking. Then she put a security block on my account for NO REASON. So I emailed Mrs. Gibson and she responded that all of my accounts are being terminated. All of this is behind one of their incompetent, ignorant customer services reps DOING THEIR JOB WRONG! I wasn't given an explanation to why my accounts was being terminated and they did this maliciously behind me complaining about their employees. Mrs. Gibson should be fired from this location and could careless about customers at this bank. The customer service rep Mrs. Carruthers need to be fired for mishandling my account and putting a block on my account for no reason. Everytime you call client services all of the reps sound like they are sleep, they microphones aren't working, they lazy, don't want to help you, are unprofessional, and you have to repeat yourself a million times since none of them CAN COMPREHEND!
I had one of the worst banking experiences ever! I came in with a personal check. I tried to cash it and the teller immediately started questioning me about my out of state ID. He called the manager and things got progressively worse! Andrea "the manager "took my check and said she refused to cash it it she couldn't reach my boss. She didn't give me any explanation. I ended up going into her office and demanded my check! Terrible customer service!!!
Don’t recommend doing business with this bank. They will mess you up with your loan application and would be make it right. Their bankers left one after one but no one will acknowledge you and your application would just vanish like nothing ever happened.
Rude customer service from Cason Lane Murfreesboro Tennessee especially if you get Terry, rude and unprofessional customer service.
I do have to note that there is a teller who has been excellent and her name is Allison, she is the best one and make you feel welcomed here, know her job and her customers. I would wait to get to her to take care of my business but if she ever leave this bank, I don’t blame her and that’s expected.
First horizon is the absolute worst bank I’ve EVER had the misfortune to deal with.
Their customer service reps are rude and unprofessional. They cannot assist you unless you go through 3-5 of them then magically your account appears to make a payment… but they may take your payment, give you a confirmation number, take the money from your account, then swear you never paid it. Regardless of the fact that I’ve never been late or missed a payment.
Great way to embezzle money First Horizon. Someone is stealing money from their customers.
DO NOT USE THIS BANK.
I’ve HAD to pay a loan through them for a couple years now otherwise I wouldn’t but what I’ve written is a monthly issue, over & over again.
Let’s not forget they sent the loan to COLLECTIONS over the money they stole and call my elderly father EVERY SINGLE DAY to demand $300… and I’m still paying it EVERY month on time.

Not good. Customer service is non-existent. This company acquired iberia bank, and ruined everything.
Their mobile apps are a joke, basic HTML wrapped in sloppy iOS container to make it work on the app store. Can't say anything good about the experience, moving to Chase.
On top of all that, a week after they purchased Iberia, they announced some other company is now acquiring them.
First Horizon is the only bank that does not have online reports to where you can pull a report for date beginning and ending for preferences like checks or deposits. To get a list of those certain transactions. First Horizon is online operating system will not get business accounts due to these features are necessary and personal accounts also. This is old school online operating system they have now. Changing banks for my needs that Horizon cannot provide.
FH has implemented policies to monitor your cash deposits. I sold a vehicle this weekend and went to deposit 5K into my account and was treated like a money laundering criminal. Was put through an inquisition for depositing cash in their bank. Demanded my DL and then asked my occupation and social security number. I went into the bank to speak to a manager and was told their policy is if more 3K cash they put your information into a database, which is code word for being flagged. This is draconian and intrusive. Needless to say, I took my cash and will bank with my Credit Union or small bank. Do not bank with FH if you like your freedom. This is a war on your money and they want to tell you how and what you can do with it, in conjunction with the Leftist agenda in Washington.
The first horizon located on s. Church in Burlington has become a place where I don't want to go. The manager doesn't even try to hide her disgust and impatience when I enter the bank. I go often due to costly mistakes on my part due to many facets of decling health. The atmosphere there is tense and I believe they, the employees, under the guidance of the manager, have already using sarcasm and whispering as a form of communication. Is this the way your company wants to be represented. Due to this judgemental attitude I no longer, first, never want to step foot in the door again and I'll change to a credit union or another customer friendly and patient bank. I so regret joining first horizon. I never have much money, period. But being treated with disrespect , money should not be a factor.
I was a Iberia Bank Business Customer for years and absolutely love my experience with Iberia. Last year First Horizon Merged with Iberia Bank. The merger was sloppily with me losing access to my accounts without getting definitive answers on issues from either Iberia or First Horizon as neither could see the information on the others system. Website is very basic and clumsy now. looks like it was planned by a teenager. Plaid Authentication not working, Venders can not send QuickBooks payments. every time I call I get another number to call. When it was Iberia Bank I made one call and problem solved. I will be moving on to better banking!
Better than Bank of America.not hard to do. But still just an average bank. The branch I use has one really great person. And one really terrible person. And the rest are all robots.
