It's the wild west out there right now…

It's the wild west out there right now when looking for online shops that legit carry and sell nic pouches.

Firstlinepods.co.uk is legit 👌 and their customer service is excellent.

I will be ordering again shortly.

Where’s my Pablo

Regular customer, only once or twice has an order been delayed. But this time ordered on Monday ahead of holiday on Saturday, paid the fast delivery and still haven’t received anything (9 days). Shame because normally no problem at all but this time it’s really been poor.

If there’s a problem with order that’s sound, but what’s is frustrating the customer support email. No reply, sent 3 or 4 emails and nowt. This was the same case for an order a while back, they did eventually send it but no communication whatsoever.

Also again if they have a problem with order that’s completely understandable, but have a refund process or something, they’re sitting with my money and I’ve not received anything hahahah.

I ordered a mystery 10 pack from this…

I ordered a mystery 10 pack from this website for the first time, delivery was pretty quick but as I was going through them 2 of them was out of date by 5 months, I tried emailing them twice to give them a chance to rectify this and I got no reply. Other than that the rest of them was great really a shame as I will not be ordering again.
