Absolute rubbish service. 2 Bags were collected by DHL on 5 May 2022 and have not been seen since, it is now 27 May 2022 we have been home 3 days! At least 5 other bags were missing by other members of the party at the start of the tour, I think all gradually arrived, most did not risk the return service.

Second time I used their services. Very professional.

Apres avoir payé 206 Livres pour 2 valises livrées le 22/10/2021 ils viennent de m´écrire plus de 4 mois âpres, pour dire qu´ils ont pris - sans mon autorisation - 62 livres pour un supposé excès de poids. Du vol ! Pure et simplement du vol, auquel je vais m´opposer avec toutes mes forces. Tenez vous loin de cet arnaque !

Lots of great communication before delivery. Awkward heavy item but Stephen and Alan made nothing of it. Great service!

I am a first time customer of first luggage and will use it continuously now! Great service.

The only improvement I would have liked would have been to have time slots for pick and drop off for luggage. E.g if the driver could have said, pick up will be between 9 and 1pm and/or drop off between 1pm and 6pm, giving a 4 or 5 hour interval.

Otherwise all very good.

Each time I have used First Luggage I have had excellent service. Arrived on time and taken from Norfolk to Scotland where it arrived the next day. I did once use a cheaper service but my luggage got lost for five days, so well worth paying the little bit extra

Very pleased with this service,especially as,due to our altered schedule,the return pickup was from a different place to the delivery
Collected yesterday pm and delivered today at 1.30 pm.Lancaster to Aberystwyth.
Just a tiny complaint--we did not receive the usual envelopes and cable ties and had to improvise with plastic bags and adhesive tape.

Faced some issues with the DHL collection on Friday evening but the luggage service team fixed it quickly even at 11pm! Luggage were collected this Saturday morning instead by a very nice and polite man.
My recommendation: to avoid stress maybe avoid Friday collection as it is a busy day for everyone, call the luggage service team once you booked to have your pickup details and time slot. Mine was 9-5.30 but they might know more on the day :)
