Fantastic service
Fantastic service, I was apprehensive at first having never used a luggage service before, but cannot fault it.
Dealing with the Customer service team was easy and their frequent updates for tracking also kept me at ease.
I doubt I’ll ever travel with luggage again. Why would you?

The first time I’ve used First Luggage and if I could give them 10. I would, excellent service, delivered a day earlier which was very helpful, and having had to have a couple of calls with Rebecca, she was brilliant and very understanding. I will most definitely use them again. Carol Waters

Due to the covid crisis and the cut…
Due to the covid crisis and the cut back on the number of planes .First Luggage went out of their way to make sure our holiday was not spoiled by the late arrival of our golf clubs.
We had to pay more than we normally pay but we expected that.
