Great mat for our company entrance
Great mat for our company entrance. Not an outside mat as too good to be in the rain. Quality of the logo is just as good as I'd hoped. Took a ouple of weeks but well worth the wait.

I’m very sorry about the issues you’ve experienced with your delivery. Please rest assured that I will do everything I can to help get this resolved for you.
Your order was dispatched on the same day it was placed using a next-day delivery service. The courier has since attempted delivery on multiple occasions, and I can also see that the delivery has been rescheduled for Monday.
I have tried calling you and have also sent an email so that I can help resolve this directly. I sincerely hope the delivery is completed successfully on Monday, but please do get in touch if there are any further issues and I will be more than happy to assist.

I recently contacted First Mats customer services after DPD unfortunately damaged our delivery box and two mats went missing. The team at First Mats were absolutely fantastic — friendly and incredibly efficient.
