Criminals.
This criminal outfit is trying to rob us of several thousands of pounds. They have been given powers by several governments, and they are using them.

The guest room at Emerald Court was clean, bright with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The manager, Everaldo, went out of his way to make my stay as pleasant as possible and I could tell he runs a happy home by the way he interacts with all the residents. They are lucky to have such a polite, efficient and cheerful manager in Everaldo. Highly recommended.

Place an order for 2 sweatshirts that were in stock as of the 19th have not received them. Sent a email to customer service and the reply I received was please be patient. And no one since from customer service has been in touch regarding my order.

Firstport already reviewed but why does no one review thier wonderfull support area managers, Sarah supporting Cheshire full of experience,knowledge and kindness a pleasure to know her.

14 day return policy is just not fun, and it left me hanging with an M too small, so I ordered a L, not realizing the return window passed. Nothing on their site is worth more than $80. The hoodies aren’t $120 hoodies no matter the work put into it. It’s a cheap look and feel.

This company has improved. The sweatshirts are SO COZY; sometimes I'm tempted to sleep in them. Looking forward to order more!

My order was delivered quickly and the quality of the shirt (crewneck) was really good. I really like the artwork as well.

The t-shirt I ordered arrived faster than expected and appeared exactly as displayed on the website. It has a soft, thick, cotton quality feel and I love that there’s a little card with hand written signatures included! It brings back the charm of smaller business.

I can’t say enough great things about Firstport. When it comes to the quality of the clothing, they are in a class of their own. Whether it’s tote bags/sweaters for my girlfriend or hats/long sleeves for myself, I am always happy with my purchases (and am met with many compliments when wearing Firstport). When it comes to customer service the Firstport team is on their game. They always giving me timely updates on the status of my packages and delivering the items to me on time. Once again a happy customer!

From my past and current experience with Firstport Co! They deliver the best quality clothing efficiently! Comfortable fit, true to the size! Their turn around to getting your product out of the shop onto the road is impeccable! No better feeling than supporting a local shop! 10/10 recommend for your clothing needs!

I recently have had an issue where my item was returned to sender because my address was autocorrected to a address that didn't exist! I have been being helped by Madison, who has provided excellent customer service. Responses have been quick and they even offered to replace my item if I find it's not being held at my post office. I know they were recently swamped during the holidays (this is why I initially thought my order was taking so long)...keep in mind that they are a small company with a small staff doing there best. If the product is as awesome as the service, I will definitely buy from them again.

Do not order from this clothing company. I ordered back on Dec 7th and it’s now the 9th of January and I have no sweatshirts and they are not responding to emails. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company completely

The worst company I’ve purchased clothes from. Customer service was atrocious. Took OVER A MONTH to receive my order.

This is for Firstport company, the sweatshirt company out of CT, USA.
Absolutely no response from them. I ordered a sweatshirt on Dec. 4th and still haven’t received it. No response from customer service. I’ve sent multiple emails. And no company phone number in site.

My wife and I bought one of the 49 flats in Homewalk House, Sydenham, South London, seven years ago. The Development Managers since we came had been poor to indifferent, but our present manager, who has been here for just two years, is outstandingly good - always cheerful, helpful, sympathetic, and inspires the residents to co-operate. Please, FirstPort, don't take her away,

Fairweather Court Darlington
My parents recently purchased a two bedroomed flat at Fairweather Court, and can we just say Michelle the Manager has been so fabulous. She has helped them enormously in settling in, informing them about facilities and entertainment on offer. She is lively approachable and hardworking lady - always has a smile on her face and so helpful.

Broadway Court
We have found Paul Robinson to be a really supportive and helpful site manager since he took up his post
He has particularly been a real help in the last 18 months during which we have had to sell my aunts flat due to her ill health
Nothing has been too much trouble and he has managed to accommodate all our requests ;really has provided above and beyond help throughout the process of selling the property-eg providing really good links to local businesses as we are not local to Newcastle and have needed help with repairs/carpet cleaning and general builders.
He has been happy with our written authorisation to liaise with various workmen and provide access when required
We have also been impressed with his recent refurbishments of the guest suite which has made our stays comfortable when visiting our aunt
