I hired a Luton van for 24 hours to move house at an amazing competitive price. Some ‘alternative’ well know vehicle hire companies were double the cost and only available current day or would incur an additional day cost.
The gentlemen in the office were very friendly, in particular the handsome man with the beautiful hair! 😉 you know who you are!! 🤣🤣

Needed to hire a car at short notice and experienced second to none customer service from start to finish. Every member of staff I encountered was friendly, helpful and genuinely cared. Car was new and spotless. Will be the first place I go to when I need to hire a car again.

Needed to hire a car at short notice. Rang and was able to arrange exactly what I needed for pick up following day. Dealt with several members of the team who were all extremely helpful and friendly. Car was perfect for my needs and extremely clean and well presented. Excellent value for money and faultless process from booking to return. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will use again.

Very honest company & professional staffs! Definitely the best car hire company I've ever used. Rented an Aygo for 7 weeks. All process was quick & smooth. No hidden cost. I needed to extend the hire. It was done with just a simple call then everything was sorted. I would give 10 stars if I could.

This company lives up to its name "FIRST ". The day before our holiday to Yorkshire our car developed serious problems. We urgently needed a car so we were recommended to try this company. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was most helpful and went out of his way to help.
The following day I collected the car, a brand new spotless Ford Fiesta. I was really amazed at the service received. Everyone I spoke to at the company were very friendly and professional. We hired it for 7 days and we hope to use this company again in the future. We highly recommend this company for great service and value.

Really happy with my experiences with this company! I've had 2 vans in the past but recently had to hire a car from them with less than 24 hrs notice. It was immaculate and very well prepared! The staff are all very friendly and highly professional! To top it all off their prices are very competitive! Wouldn't consider going anywhere else next time I need to hire a vehicle! Highly recommended!

These guys are an absolute pleasure to work with . I hire vans regularly from here, nothing is a problem . Wayne looks after me on most occasions, top guy extremely helpful. They also ring you back! A rare thing to happen these days. Thoroughly recommend.
