Ordered one thing received something random with no explanation and no customer service when I contacted them. Just the same standard email

Ordered 12 packets of lily's kitchen bedtime biscuits from Onbuy. Received ONE packet from a company called Fishpond.co.uk. £15.29 for one packet of biscuits that normally retail for £3.00 each! Absolute CON. I have used Onbuy before and not had a problem so presume it is the Fishpond company that are the problem. Have contacted PayPal and will be expecting a refund

This company is pathetic! I ordered a book, that never turned up, nearly a month later, still shows in Sydney Australia & I am in UK. Told them want my money back now, and here we go. NOTHING! I keep being told they have processed pay pal refund, well if they had pay pal always send email, I had no email from pay pal..... All they do is lie to you!!!!!! Will I ever get my money back? I don't recommend this company, they are rubbish! Avoid at all costs! Don't use this company, stick with Amazon!

Have been trying to get a refund on an undelivered book for nearly a year. Cannot get through to anyone who can deal with my enquiry and the website simply does not work.
I would not use this company again.

Advertised a 344 page book for sale . Sent a 25 page pamphlet. With just 5 pages of the book.

I wouldn’t buy from this company I ordered a Dyson vacuum it was advertised at a set price I purchased the vacuum a few days later they are giving me my money back with no explanation and for stars 0
DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I had an email saying "Thank you for joining Fishpond, the UK's largest Online retailer"
I hadn't joined anything, so I didn't follow the link given, but I did look them up!
I selected the different catagories, and was totally amazed.....at the ridiculously boring products that they were selling, I mean Honestly....a replacement Settee reclining pull mechanism.....and Black Slick spray?
Then the Penny Dropped!
Stupid, stupid me.....its a joke isn't it? Ha Ha Ha....

The "Amazon" = Huge = Colossal (as in body of water) = selling everything under the Sun 🌞

Then "Fishpond" = Tiny = uninspiring (as in more like a dirty Fishbowl) = Nothing but stinky slime to see here...

To give any stars sticks in my throat. I have just unearthed an email from fishpond world kindly letting me know that the very expensive Paddington pop up book ordered on the second of December for my grandchild’s Christmas present is arriving in January. The headline ‘good news’ was irritating to say the least. Order number TTNFFV

Unable to track order online system doesn’t work. Tried emailing, twice, despite claims on website, no response. No tel no - company policy apparently (!!!) - so wrote to them. Letter returned by Post Office as no one at address and no forwarding address. Bunch of fraudsters. Don’t buy from them

Give this company a wide berth, total rip off. Item delivered early which was great but said DVD was advertised as region free. It came as region 1 and wouldn't play obviously. Contacted the company and had a pretty swift response asking for photographs to back up our complaint. I sent these to them and that's it. I cannot get a response from them when messaging and still haven't received a refund. Bad business practice.

Ordered 3 books on 20 May for birthday presents. Still not received and can't get in touch with them to get refund. Appalling service.

Would give 0 stars if possible, ordered the product it d8dnt say how long it would take to arrive, once the order was put through it would take over 2 weeks, so o canceled.
It did not give any warning it would charge me 17% of cancellation fee until after I cancelled.
Then I remembered I ordered an uni book from them years ago,it took months to arrive and as i needed for my paper i had to buy another one before it arrived...
Fishpond is a terrible service

I had seen some bad reviews of the site before choosing to order, but went ahead anyway because I couldn't find the item on any other sites.

In the end, they lived up to their reputation. Item never showed up, and it took four months to receive a refund.

They advertise themselves as LOVEOURPRICES2 on eBay, a complete sham of a company who employs stall tactics over orders (3 to 5 working days ) , when they actually state later 10- 20, the company is based in Australia, a complete sham of a company and highly suspicious.

Item not arrived, keeps being promised but like a lot of empty promises has no substance. DO NOT USE

Perfectly happy to sell you out of stock items and tellyou so a day later, they are the exact reason why Amazon is so dominant and small sellers are out of business.

DO NOT USE! I placed an order for an item from the USA, was told it'd take a month to dispatch, then I'd have to pay custom fees etc.. despite it saying free shipping.
I cancelled order after 2 days when I realised my mistake in trusting the site but was charged a fee for 're-stocking'!

Sketchy company. Don't even try to make a purchase. Avoid. They will cancel your order ( even though the item is still available for sale) and then try to give you "store credit".

Avoid at all costs, ordered a set of Book which were meant to be located in the UK and ready for dispatch. Informed they were dispatched on the 8th Dec for delivery by the 15th. Once not arrived spoke with customer services who advised item was sent as updated.

Still not arrived with Royal Mail now reporting on the 18th the sender is preparing to dispatch.

Nothing but lies and terrible customer service...Avoid.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
My mother ordered a gift for my niece’s birthday but that was supposed to be shipped from the US, but it never arrived. She has tried many times to get in touch with them, with very frustrating results, they’ve neither reshipped, nor refunded her, and have now stopped engaging entirely. She’s put of pocket by over a hundred pounds, which is causing her a lot of distress, and my niece is still waiting for a birthday present.
