Right Stuff Wrong Size
This is the first time I have ordered filter media from this company. Turns out I ordered the right stuff but the wrong size. Called the company to explain my error and they had absolutely no issues with me returning the goods and them being replaced with the correct sized product. I found Paul very helpful in this matter. I will be needing more in the future and will be using this company again without hesitation. The next time I will be ordering the correct size.

Very long phone call from Wayne with lots of advice to help with my problems. Then ordered some goods to start the process which arrived the next day great service. Although it is 6hr round trip when I am ready for corals will pay a visit.

Quality NSW with great delivery.
My order of NSW was delivered exactly on the day I wanted it and with care by the FedEx driver. Water quality is great and my tank and inhabitants look better already!

Ordered a strontium test kit arrived okay would have liked a better expire date. The date is Oct 24 but test kit I have purchased just lately are well into 2025

If the date is October 2024 then that leaves over 13 months left on this product which is more than satisfactory for the product to be used and on sale.... If you are dissatisfied with the the expiry date we will be more than happy to refund you your money but feel the test kit should work perfect on your aquarium as its still well within the date... hope you have a nice day and thank you for the feedback.
