Paid for some live sand
Paid for some live sand, unfortunately they didnt have it in stock and I couldnt wait for it to come in, they refunded me immediately.
Got some natural seawater from them which is great, nice shop with friendly staff and good variety of healthy livestock. I look forward to doing business with them again.

The reason for a low rating is....I purchased an item from your website, there was no evidence showing it was out of stock, it was paid with Paypal at the time of purchase, an hour later I received a refund, if I had left the PC and did not have a smart phone I would still be waiting for my purchase, your website should be managed more regularly to ensure customer satisfaction IMO.
