Bought a peanut ball. Could have purchased same direct from China, they make these ’fitness’ equipment look good. Got the shape right but it’s as hard as rock with a silicon coating. This will do further damage to your body. They need to have one that isn’t as firm like a tennis ball- which is actually what the physios suggest on the feet

I was concerned about the reviews I read. But I rang before ordering. Had confirmation I could pick them up that day. Rang when I was on my way. Had a small wait while they served some other people. I guess I would have liked to see the staff masked up but to be fair it was outside. Products have that rubbery smell but all and all happy with everything.

My order has not completely been delivered. I ordered a barbell weight package, the weights were delivered,3 days ago, I am still waiting for the barbell to be delivered. Haven't rung the company yet ,but I will be, I paid for the package and expected it to be delivered

I had some offensive words ready to go, but oh well. I have found your company very useful in helping me set up my home gym during the Covid nonsense . Training at home is most enjoyable and so very convenient . And after the initial expense cheaper than going to a gym
My only complaint is the total uselessness of the courier service you use . It takes weeks and weeks to get a delivery . If this courier operated overseas they would be out of business very quickly . I suggest you find another one

Response to my order was prompt and communication was clear. One item was out of stock and arrangement for as made to supply separately.

Edit: I’m leaving my original review below as the initial experience still was what it was. In the end, the packages showed up a couple of days after I wrote my review, unfortunately only 2 of 3 packages arrived. Half of the weights purchased were not delivered and I was told by the shipping company that one of the parcels mentioned in my confirmation email from Fitness & Sport was addressed to a different state altogether. I called the warehouse and left a message, emailed the support team twice, no response on either front. Called the warehouse again with the intention of contacting PayPal for a partial refund if they didn’t answer, turns out they did and the bloke on the other end said that the missing weights (4x 5kg plates) were on back order. I asked if he could send 2x 10kg instead, he said he could and sent me a new tracking number. He then called back and said they were out of stock and sent me 2x 15kg instead. In the end the experience was not awesome but I’ve bumped this up to a 4 star review because they got it sorted and the guy at the warehouse followed up, always a winner in my books.

Original review: Currently a 3 star because I’ve only received a confirmation email from Fitness and Sport following a purchase made a week ago. I tried contacting the seller to seek an update on shipping/figure out what the go was a few days after making the order and am yet to receive a response (even an acknowledgement that I’d made an enquiry). The tracking information offered is extremely limited and requires that you look up the shipping company yourself (rather than offering a link or updates from the vendor directly). The shipping company selected by the vendor (fastway in this instance) offers no further information.

After spending a couple of hundred dollars on a purchase I would expect some level of responsiveness from the vendor - any level of semi-live tracking would be considered reasonable no matter how much I spent.

Will look at re-reviewing once the item has been received. Would have been better to wait until then before asking for a review to be honest.

No stock or refund , and still haven’t rectified the issue
