I ordered from Universal Bar on 16 August and I’m still waiting for my order to even be dispatched.

The website advertises fast shipping, but apparently “fast” means absolutely nothing here. No tracking. No meaningful update. No communication. Just silence.

I’ve emailed them, contacted them through social media and tried every reasonable way to get an update… nothing. For a business taking customers’ money, this level of communication is completely unacceptable.

What makes this even more frustrating is that the website creates the expectation that orders will be shipped quickly, when my experience has been the complete opposite.

I don’t mind waiting when there’s a genuine delay and the business communicates honestly. What I do mind is paying for something, being given the impression it will be shipped quickly, and then being completely ignored when I ask where my order is.

If you can take an order and take someone’s money, you should be capable of responding to them when they ask where their order is.

Would absolutely not recommend based on my experience. Hopefully this review gets more attention than my emails and messages have.

Ordered 10th of Feb, it's now 2nd of March and no update on status of order, sent countless emails with no response. Imagine if they do deliver and I have a broken product, and I thought Telstra had a horrible customer experience.

Ordered Universal Bar 27/11/25.Paid express postage fee because I live close to Melbourne and believed product was made in Melbourne. Took Full 7 working days to reach me. Sent 2 emails which were not responded to. Tracking number on box is NOT Australian, and mentions HONG KONG - labels also mention SYD, so no, it didn't come from Melbourne. Product quality seems ok but time will tell.

An incredibly portable and versatile home gym set! We can do push-pull-legs with it easily from home

Terrible expereince. Order no #6301. Ordered 1/10/2025. Date of review 17/10/2025. The item hasnt shipped, zero communication about the status of order. Emailed both of their email address, heard back from none. I want my refund. I Dont wanna use a product from a company that doesn't value its customers. Terrible, pathetic..

I placed my order over a month ago paying for express shipping. The add for the product at the time stated that they had new stock insinuating there would be no problem with delivery. Not only have I not received my order, the only contact I have are automated emails asking me to review a product I have not received. I have tried to contact them on numerous occasions, on multiple platforms with no response. Being unable to supply in the time indicated or even at all is fine, so long as the line of communication is open. I will be contacting consumer protection and/or ACCC today

To high prices ! Bad quality food and drinks ! Horrible service and a dirty toilet. Never visit this unholy crap place

Didn’t think I’d be the type to stick with home workouts, but this gear makes it dead easy. The bands are no joke either, proper resistance. Plus, the missus has started using it too, so that’s a bonus

Love mine, I take it with me in the caravan when we head out bush. Keeps me moving even when we’re camping. Compact, tough, and just works. it's a good stuff honestly.

Absolutely stoked with the Universal Bar. Been smashing out workouts in the lounge room and honestly, it's just as good as going to the gym. Solid build, easy to set up, and doesn’t take up much space. cheers guys

Ordered on the 12th of June and after two weeks of not receiving shipping confirmation from them I tried contacting them multiple times without any response on their end. I then threatened to get Fair Trading involved which induced them to respond real quick with the excuse of "your emails just got lost under a pile of other emails". Finally got the shipping confirmation order. As of the 22nd of July I still have not received my order.

Universal Bar has satisfied me enough to decide on giving out my review, they gave me a satisfying service.

This thing is powerful! It’s easy to underestimate it until you feel the burn. The Universal Bar lets me hit every major muscle group, and I can feel myself getting stronger week by week. Love that I can toss it in the car and take it with me. Portable, tough, and super effective.

The Universal Bar is everything I needed to stay in shape without the gym. The resistance range is impressive – whether you’re just starting or already experienced, there’s enough to push you. I do squats, deadlifts, shoulder presses, and more with just this one tool. Definitely recommend it to anyone working out from home.

The Universal Bar delivers exactly what it promises. From squats and presses to curls and rows – this thing does it all. Very expensive for the value it provides, have the exercise needs the door attachment but it's not even included. The load isn't as even compared to an actual cable machine.

There isn't a lot of progression you can make, and there's a certain level of fitness you have to be to use this, otherwise you wouldn't be able to target that part like the delts.

A set of resistance band would allow you to do the same workout, I guess they need to recoup the advertising cost.

So I'd ordered a pilates machine from this website in January. I received it in April. The product is slightly shoddy...the handles do not move smoothly at all which is not conducive to Pilates (from what I'm told). The company informs me that they've discontinued selling this product.

Terrible customer service. I've been waiting for nearly 2 months and there's been no updates. Noone responding to emails or messages either. Unreliable..Do not buy from them.

Gyms just arent my thing anymore. This lets me exercise at home without dealing with crowds or waiting for equipment. Works well for me.
