Kelly Hopkinson’s “Female Breathing: More Joy, Less Fog” course was outstanding. The course gave me practical breathing techniques and a deeper understanding of how breathing can support women through menopause, particularly with stress, anxiety, focus, sleep and emotional wellbeing. I now use these techniques within my Ladies’ Menopause Movement Group at New Mindset New Power, and they have become a valuable part of helping the women feel calmer, more connected and confident in their bodies. Kelly delivered the course with knowledge, passion and genuine care. I would highly recommend it.

This course has been fantastic, being a parent and working alongside studying ruled out a number of courses I’d researched due to having to attend face to face sessions/assessments. This course is fully remote and has plenty of information to compete the course, as well as mentors/tutors who are on hand and frequently checking in to see how things are going without pressurising you to meet unnecessary deadlines.

Dan has been wonderful and thorough in his approach, the full package is way beyond my expectations and not an offer I would expect a student would get elsewhere.

I started the level 3 PT course at FitPro Education a few weeks ago, and I'm loving it so far. I couldn't have chosen a better place to do it. Dan is SO knowledgeable and a great mentor. Since our first call, when I was inquiring about the course, he's been super friendly, and I knew I'd learn a lot from him.

From Day 1, Dan and his team have been so supportive and seen me through obtaining my level 3 PT qualification. After getting my qualification it didn’t stop there, I still had the rest of the year of mentorship and access to the online accelerator which has been so helpful. I have got a job where I now can train others and am looking on the online space- best believe I am looking to Dan for help. For those questioning it, I cannot recommend his course more!

I can honestly say my experience with FitPro Education has been excellent.

Choosing a coach/mentor/platform for study can be really challenging in a market that’s flooded with waffle and over-promise – I’m very glad I took my time and came across Dan and FitPro Education! He’s been genuine throughout and actually accessible outside of the 2x weekly group calls when he has a spare moment which really helps feel connected to the course. You’re provided with everything you need as well as a structure should you wish to follow that.

I think I’d benefit from deadlines to keep me more disciplined, but that’s on me really. If you’re better at your own pace, this is the perfect option – great value and worth every penny.

It was easy to communicate from the start. I applied to a few different certification platforms around UK but Dan from FitPro was the only one who answered quick, was extremely helpful, flexible with communication channels (not just emails exchange) and adaptive with payment method.
