Good communication

Communication was fantastic. They collected the car from the car hire company. It was bank holiday weekend but we received the car back within five days. Delighted with the repairs, car was returned cleaned inside and out.

I can thoroughly recommend this company. My car which was brand new in September and had only done 800miles was involved in a no blame collision causing extensive damage. the car was collected and returned by this company who kept me informed of progress by e mail and phone throughout. The repairs were carried out to a very high standard, in particular the paintwork which is a metallic finish.

Superb! I collected my fixed car on 14th April 2026. I couldn’t be happier with the entire service provided. Dee and Lorna on reception were really helpful. From the minute I dropped my car off all was well. It was assessed thoroughly and promptly. I was provided with a courtesy car and although the work took a bit longer than I anticipated, I was kept well informed. The standard of work completed on my car was an exceptional standard.
