Took 3 months from time of accident to complete the repair. Some staff not able to give any info, others quite rude. Wasn’t given a choice of repairer by Admiral so had to suck it up. Wouldn’t use again through choice

Great repair but service was lacking.
Our experience with Fix Auto was mixed, hence the mid way review.
The car looks great, really happy with the actual repair!
The courtesy car took 6 days to be delivered, for a stressful time and living in an isolated area, this just seemed far to long to wait (they did bring it to us though which we appreciated).
We wanted to pay in cash but were refused at the reception. We were told that the 'girls would have informed us on the phone' - this never happened.

Invisible Insurance Repair
Selected by the third party's insurers, my car was collected from home and Joe kept me advised regarding progress. I had to collect from Bradford when completed but this was the only "challenge" associated with the repair. Work is 100% - can't ask for more than that.
