A* first class work
On very short notice they picked up my car from home took it back to bury and repaired and painted both sides of car and bonnet and james has been so helpful and very polite. 4 days later i got the call to come and collect james did offer me the choice of them dropping off the car the following day. I chose to go to the garage to collect and drop off the hire car and james called the car rental people to come collect it from bury. I was so impressed by the quality of workmanship the paint guys need a pat on the back as it is now 100% A* qualty thanks to you all i now have a lovely looking car again and thanks to the car wash guys

Efficient repair of damage to side panels caused by another driver. My car was parked. It did take quite a long time but I was kept informed.

Really good quick and happy service. Only reason not 5 star is thati did say at drop off I didn't have to pay excess as insurance company told me. They said they would get this sorted but on collection I had to do it

Excellent job on my Tiguan, took a long time to complete which apparently due to obtaining parts so no fault of their own. Car was returned to me as promised.

Very positive experience
The repair to my car was an insurance claim and was handled very professionally throughout especially by James at Drive Vauxhall who kept me updated throughout. The repair was to a very high standard and I couldn't fault it in any way. They were very helpful about coordinating with the car rental and made picking my car up easy and quick. Also appreciated that my car was valeted and washed when I picket it up.

Very good repair but when it came to getting my car back the problems started when I took my car there so they can book it in I said can you pick it up from enterprise in Sudbury Suffolk and they picked it up no problem the problems started when I asked them to deliver it back to enterprise Sudbury Suffolk but they whated to be difficult and they would not deliver it back to enterprise Sudbury Suffolk like I asked them to do when I was there booking the car in with them and on the phone when they phoned me DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR TO FIX AUTO BURY ST EDMUNDS if you what my Recommendation then go to fix auto in Chelmsford

No Quality Control
Small issues with the paintwork which should of been corrected before I came to collect my car. Why have my car for so long then finally tell me it’s ready when it isn’t.

Standard need improvement
Since dropping off the car. On two occasions I called for a weekly update. The receptionist was fine, she answered phone, when passing to body shop, there was no answer. I was told bodyshop would return call on both occasions this did not happen.
The third Friday, the car was ready. I was called and told it was ready after it was cleaned. It was after 3pm, I did not pick up until Saturday. The car was far from clean. I had to sanitize and clean all dust and debris from car. I drove hm to see under the bonnet a square sheet of sandpaper and a white rag was left. I was not happy.
Your standard needs to improve.

Overall the service i received was…
Overall the service i received was good, i would of liked a few more updates on the process of the car. Although the front of the car was cleaned inside the back seats were missed. The body work was finished to a high standard, many thanks for fixing the car.

I was sent to Auto fit by my insurance company for a repair on my car and the service I received from start to finish was excellent, easy to get hold off by phone, repaired my car in a timely professional manner, they kept me updated at all stages of the repair, The workmanship was excellent.
