Wonderful experience
I recently had a dent repaired on my car door and I’m genuinely so impressed with the quality of the work. The repair was carried out to an incredibly high standard — you honestly wouldn’t even know there had ever been any damage. The finish and paint match are absolutely flawless.
The whole experience was professional from start to finish, with great communication, fair pricing, and a quick turnaround. It’s rare to find a company that takes this much pride in their workmanship nowadays. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing car body repairs and will definitely use them again in the future

Great service
Fix Auto were great from the moment we contacted them. They came back to us quickly to find out more about the services we required and then sent us a quotation within 24 hours. They kept us up to date with progress during the work and the job was completed within the timeframe and quotation given to us. The office team were very friendly and helpful during drop off and collection too. Excellent service and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if needed.

Great service
My car was picked up and a courtesy car was dropped off. I was kept up to date all through the process. When it was returned to me it was perfectly repaired. The colour match was absolutely perfect, the work was very professional and the staff were really friendly right across the board.

Fix auto had my car last year after accident , and radiator was leaking . Few months later unfortunate due to faulty repair work done by them my car has been taken in twice and ended up paying more money which they had failed to fix

Fantastic service , quick and efficient. Recently required two lots of repairs the first experience from another company was disappointing had to wait 9 weeks for repair and constantly changing dates. This time fix auto had done all the work within 7 working days. Very happy customer.

My car was fixed by Auto Fix Chelmsford after an accident. The team is amazing and very helpful. The cars they provide as courtesy are generally up to a good standard and the body work that was done is immaculate. Very friendly helpful service. Showed Raj the scratch on my car, caused by someone nearly forcing us off the road, expecting to have to make an appointment to book the car in but he said he could polish it out which he did there and then. Scratch disappeared like magic and no fee. Amazing and will recommend Fix Auto to friends and family. Thank you.
