Sadly the updates or lack of them were very frustrating. I had to call on over 5 occasions and at the time they gave me updates. However the timescales given never reflected what was happening. They would give detail for a call back but none of them materialised. The actual repairs were fine just misinformation and no follow ups were very poor. Courtacy car smelled of marijuana which I did forget to tell the company. I did accidently leave something in the car and I did get a call. Just a pity the repair wasn't followed up in the same manner

Communication from the garage was great, I was informed by text and email when my car was ready to be collected.

The company kept me updated on the repair and estimated the 7th of July for completion, unfortunately the wrong wing mirror was delivered and I was contacted to say it would be the 10th. I picked the car up on the 10th and it was spotless, good job well done.
