Took the car in, they checked parts thru needed, booked car in on Monday and got the repair done by Friday morning as promised. The car wing and bonnet have been repaired as new, a perfect finish.

Excellent Experience
Fix Auto in Keighley repaired my Kia Sportage after accident damage. I was located some 30 miles away from their repair centre and this was a concern for me but without need. They were courteous throughout and professional in the manner in which they dealt with me.
The work was carried out to an incredibly high standard, no courtesy car used but they provided me with Uber Taxi's home and back again to collect the vehicle, as well as a £30 fuel top-up.
I cannot fault them in any way and strongly recommend them to any prospective customer.

Amazing Service
My insurance company arranged a repair from Fix Auto Keighley and I am blown away by the level of service and care. My car had sadly been the object of malicious vandalism and the sheer scale of the work felt daunting, but David, Amelia and Darren (now back at the Leeds branch) were professional, kind and reassuring. The repairs took a few weeks, but the courtesy car I had in the meantime was very useful.
My car now looks like new again and I am so grateful.

It was the first time I’ve ever had to have a bodywork repair on a car. The service here was top notch. Excellent communication from Amelia who gave clear information and directions, and David was really helpful and great to deal with when I bought the car in and when I collected it a few days later.
