I would definitely recommendd Fix Auto
I would definitely recommend Fix Auto. Our car went in to have a repair after a bump. They made everything so easy. The staff were lovely and so helpful. We had a courtesy car while ours was getting fixed which was handy. Altogether a 5*

The whole process of getting my car…
The whole process of getting my car fixed was seamless, once the insurers had nominated them. All info was clear, I knew exactly what was happening and when. Car was taken away for me and brought back. Can't fault it. And if course repairs were great, car even valeted!

I had a minor accident recently & my insurance company arrange for Fix Auto UK to repair my car l could not have asked for better service it was excellent. They picked my car up from the car hire company & delivered it back when it was repaired l was kept informed by Auto fix of when it was ready thank you very much for your excellent service 😀

Had my Kia Sportage in last week due to someone bumping into the back of my car. Fantastic service from start to finish, collecting my car from Enterprise car rental, keeping me informed of progress with the repairs and returning it back to Enterprise so no messing around returning hire car then having to collect mine. Sensitive friendly and helpful staff kept me updated and clear about insurance requirements, progress, parts on order, delivery etc. Sorted out re-positioning drivers seat for delivery as I am electric wheelchair bound driving from wheelchair in a WAV. Could not fault level of service fixing and care which is important if you depend on motability vehicles. Brilliant

I've just got to say I'm glad I chose fix auto to carry out the repair works on my vehicle the communications were always there with updates on the process throughout to collecting the vehicle from the courtesy car hire company to the door replacement and paint job which being two tone in colour was spot on in match to returning the vehicle back to the courtesy car firm.
overall I am more than pleased with their service and would recommend them to anyone...

Fix Auto repaired bodywork on my new…
Fix Auto repaired bodywork on my new car, through my insurance company after I was hit in a car park. From start to finish, the service was excellent. I received regular updates on progress and the work was completed quicker than I expected. The quality of the repair was very high, you would never know anything had happened. They also cleaned the car inside and out. The vehicle was returned to my home as part of the service, which was very nice! Following on from this, Fix Auto and Anthony Corrigan went above and beyond when I spotted something not quite correct with the alignment of a small section of body panel. This was not (as it turned out) anything to do with the original damage, or the repair that was carried out by the team. However, Anthony was extremely kind and helpful in being happy to take the vehicle back in and make the necessary adjustments to the affected area. This was done out of good will and I am really thankful for this, as Fix Auto were under no obligation to help me. Fantastic service from them during the whole process - definately recommend!

Good customer service
Good customer service. They kept me updated with the progress on my car even though there was a few delays with them getting the parts. I would recommend this repair service.

Wow! 5 star service!
Fix Auto repaired the damage to my VW Polo. They kept me updated throughout and when on the phone, they were lovely and accommodating for when I could not get the car to them due to work demands. They were happy for me to drop it off at my local enterprise and they collected and brought it back which was a huge help for me.
When I got my VW Polo back I couldn’t believe how well they had repaired the paintwork. My car looked new! Can’t fault their service one bit!

Collected car on low loader from my home address, kept me fully informed throughout the duration of the repairs and then returned the vehicle, spotless and as good as new. There was a lengthy wait for the parts required but that was nothing to do with Fix Auto and I was kept informed of the delays throughout. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody.
