Good honest local vehicle mechanics
I bring my large motorhome here for annual servicing, MOT and one unfortunate accident that we had. The team are professional and don't mess around with unclear language. Also if you don't need work done, they won't do it unless there is a safety risk that cannot be ignored. Good honest team, and polite to do business with.

Good work, ridiculously slow, bad communication
The actual work they did was excellent, however they collected our van on 24th February and didn't even begin the repair until 17th March, finally returning the vehicle to us on 31st March.
And their communication is dreadful - they didn't contact us to inform us when they would be collecting or returning the van, or any progress reports.

Thankyou for your review. As explained when I phoned you the damage description provided was for the wrong side of the vehicle. This delayed us starting work as the insurer had to correct the repair instructions before repairs could commence.
Audi Q5 repair.
The service I received was outstanding.
The company's attention to detail cannot be faulted. The final repair was perfect.
