Absolutely brilliant service
Absolutely brilliant service. Conrad was very helpful in sorting out my booking, and the technician who did the work was clearly very experienced at investigating the water leak which had appeared to be coming from the seal around the rear windscreen. In the event, however, he found that the water was in fact coming from a perished seal around the high-level break light--so he did not have to remove the rear windscreen after all.

The repair to the door and roof looked…
The repair to the door and roof looked good where the tree had damaged the car, although it was difficult to see in detail as the car had been rained on. The car still had some tree sap marks on the paintwork., these should have been polished out.
Sadly 2 of the wheels had been damaged during the time at the repairers, this was obvious because the wheels were not clean and there was new scuffs on the drivers side rear an passenger side front.
The car was not accepted and was returned to the garage for correction.

Friendly and helpful
My car was collected in a timely manner. Everyone has been so helpful and friendly.
My only issue is that my headlight washers are not working.

Highly recommend
The team at Newbury have done a fantastic job fixing the scrapes along the rear light cluster/rear passenger side, caused by another car whilst mine was parked. They even managed to save the cost of replacing the light cluster by buffing it out. Very pleased, looks new! Cost was also unbeatable after getting other quotes from local body shops. Many thanks! :)

Exceptional customer service!
Fix Auto Newbury is absolutely exceptional! I needed some electrical repairs and repairs to the car's body after an accident. The work was excellent and the customer service was faultless. Most of my communication was with Frazer who is kind, helpful, and obviously takes the satisfaction of his customers very seriously indeed. Good service and quality of the job
Good service and quality of the job. Metallic paint can be tricky, the repair looks as good as the original colour. Small delays with the work due to staffing issue, it was covered by the courtesy car (nice and clean).

Excellent Job.
Fix Auto did a very good job repairing my car. I raised a claim with my insurance company following a small bump, and they, along with Fix Auto, handled the rest. Fix Auto collected my car and returned it to me nice and clean once the repair was done. There was a bit of a wait due to parts delays, but that is understandable.
A few days after the car was returned to me, I took it back to them as I noticed a small gap between some of the panels where the bumper had been replaced. They sorted it immediately and I had the car back within an hour or so. Now it looks brilliant. Very friendly staff and overall, one very happy customer.
