My car was damaged at 4 p.m, and by 10:30 the following morning it was already booked in, with parts being ordered immediately. Tracy was excellent throughout the entire process and kept me fully informed at every stage.
Due to work, I needed the collection of my vehicle to fit around my schedule, which was handled without any issues. The repair itself has been completed to a very high standard, and when I collected the car it was spotless inside and out.
After the stress of the initial incident, the repair experience was completely stress-free. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who has the option to use them.

Fantastic service from start to finish
Fantastic service from start to finish. Unfortunately my car was revered into, having gone down the insurance route, M&M at leek kept me informed at all times, they were thorough and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I’d definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Excellent from start to finish
From the first contact to the final hand back of my vehicle this service was excellent. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. Repair of front end collision damage was to a very high standard. Would highly recommend.

Ten out of ten
Could not have asked for more from this company, Tracey at Leek always kept us in the loop. Our car was picked up from Buxton and delivered back when the work was complete.
Upon receiving our car back it looked like it was brand new and just come out of the show room.
The delivery driver Phil was also very professional and a lovely gentleman.
