Polite
Polite, helpful, very professional. My car was picked up and dropped back off for me and they’d fix my car and it was nice and shiny and lovely and clean inside. Thank you. I will definitely be using them again.

Excellent communication and flexibility
The communication was clear and timely since the start of the process. I was well informed during the progress of the work. Good flexibility was also present when I needed to postpone the pick up of the car due to travel conflicts.

Panoramic Roof Replacement
The panoramic roof of my Evoque needed to be replaced and my insurance company assigned the task to Auto North Staffordshire. Dealing with them was straightforward, all the staff were polite and courteous and they were ready to the job on the planned date. They finished a day before their estimated date. Not only did they do an excellent repair but returned the car in beautiful condition inside and out. An excellent job and a good experience.

They picked up my car
They picked up my car, repaired it and brought it back just over a week later, looking all shiny and new. A nice repair!

What can I say….From the quote process to the repair, this was first class service. Soon as I arrived to get quote I was given a courtesy car from Kev , who also dealt with my repair and he was very professional as well as being very down to earth. He made sure I was happy with everything and also applied Supagard to my car, as this was already on before collision. My car was ready on the date given and I would definitely use Kev and his team again ( hopefully not too soon ) as they were fantastic. Thanks for your excellent service and what a brilliant team you are …. Lou
