I felt that throughout they were trying to provide a good service.

bad spray job, dust under paint and orange peel pitting, Scratch protector stickers (colour coded) wasn’t replaced properly. Second time the car wasn’t painted at all.

Another reason why my car have a orange peel pitting is there is a scrap yard just right next to Fix Auto in Portsmouth.

Also the driver who delivered my car on Friday 10th April 2026 just before 3pm laughed at my face, when I complained the leather arm rest is now scratched inside the car. It wasn’t there before.

Over all very bad experience with this garage. Very poor customer service with Fix Auto Portsmouth. I wouldn’t choose it myself. It was recommended by my car insurance company.

It was very good to me

My accident occurred on 29 December 2025 but fortunately it was still drivable.I explained I had arranged a vacation from the 3 February until 3 March 2026 and needed the car up to the day before I left. Fix auto suggested they collect the car on 2 February and return it when it was complete while I was on holiday. When I returned my car was on my drive. I inspected the repair and it was first class.
