Vehicle was in for accident repair
Vehicle was in for accident repair, but I also had the wheels refurbished at the same time. Wheel refurbishment absolutely awesome they look amazing (diamond cut). Car has factory Matt White paint (has silver/blue/gold shimer) and required a rear bumper etc. Paint difficult to match and is close as possible but rear alignment of refitted panels was out by quite a way but they resolved over next couple of working days.

Helpful from the beginning to the end
From first contact with the staff they were helpful, explained what was happening, gave weekly updates and were very pleasant. I would like to thank Avril and the driver that came to collect my car. I was given names of repair garages from my insurance company which I did visit but declined them as their customer service left a lot to be desired

Fix Auto had my in car for front end damage repair. They kept me up to date with every stage. The repair was carried out to a very high standard. When I collected the car it had been given a thorough valet and gleamed inside and out.

Brilliant service, highly recommended
I was recommended Fix Auto by a family member when my car was in an accident. This company were brilliant from start to finish, they didn't give me any false hopes. They contacted me within 10 minutes of my insurer sending them my details and booked my car in. Fix Auto loaned me a courtesy car which was a lovely new shape corsa and delivered this when collecting my car. The gentleman who collected my car was very thorough and informative, I was kept up to date with the progress and they even managed to get my car ready before my trip away. The work done to my car is brilliant, it looks fantastic and I'm so so pleased with it. I would highly recommend this company.

From the day I went for a quote, everyone was very friendly and helpful. My car looks wonderful, they did a lovely job and I am delighted. The staff are also very honest, the work wasn't as bad as they expected so the bill was reduced. Very unusual these days and I am totally impressed.i would definitely use this company again and I'd thoroughly recommend them.

Great customer service, kept me informed on the progress of the bodywork on my car. The work was completed on time and to a very high standard. Also my car had also been valeted inside and out, which was a lovely surprise! I will definitely use them again!
