Jordan was very helpful. he communicated well and ensured we had our (NHS) vehicle repaired as quickly as possible and provided a courtesy car so the nurses could continue to visit clients in their home

Excellent Customer Service
Excellent customer service! The car went for a repair within a week the work was competed to a high standard. I was kept updated on progress. I was really impressed the repairs was completed way before the anticipated completion date. Special mention to Jordan and Kelly who were both outstanding professional and polite. Will definitely be using their business in the future for private repairs.

Very friendly, very responsive, very professional. Would have zero hesitation in recommending them. (Only mini gripe is that their phone often loops you back through the options menu when you are on hold, which is a bit annoying)

My car was in the bodyshop, from arranging the estimate to collecting the car after repair FixAuto we’re first class. Great comms, everything panned out exactly as they promised - and they did a great job on the car.
