Excellent repair work
Fix Auto have done an excellent repair job in the bodywork if my car. The staff were polite and efficient and Lorna was particularly helpful. I would definitely recommend Fix Auto.

My wife's car got fixed while we were out of the country!
Considering my wife and I were out of the country while the repairs were being carried out to her car, the repairs process went very smoothly. This was due to the excellent communication by both telephone and email while we were out of the country. The repair was completed to our satisfaction and the car was spotless for my wife's return.

First impressions
My first impression was the pleasant efficiency of the staff in reception followed by the attention to detail and pleasant manner of the damage assessor. Then the explanation of what would happen next. The thing I really have been impressed by is the pickup and return service of the vehicle, which I found to be a great relief.

Good but took a lot longer than expected...
Some initial issues with the assessment and decisions taken to outsource the work meant my car was out of action for probably a month longer than needed. Initially, I did struggle to get updates as to progress which was frustrating. However in the end the quality of the repair looks great and they are a professional outfit and do believe customer service is important as Karl took time out to ensure I was appraised of the status once the work actually commenced.
