I arrived at Fixfactor Oxford Street late on the Thursday afternoon before Easter, with my son and his (_not_ so mainstream make /model) broken-screened phone. Although they were unable to help out in the end as we were in UK on holiday and due to return before spare parts would be available, I cannot recommend this super friendly and extremely professional business highly enough. I have no doubt they could have followed through on the repair; it took just minutes to diagnose the extent of the damage, determine where to source the correct replacement part from, when it would be available, and what the cost would be - I wish my phone would break so I had the opportunity to go back! :)

Helpful pre-discussion on the phone to check they could help. Quick repair, very satisfied.

Fixfactor fitted new batteries to my Microsoft Surface Book 2. This laptop has batteries in both the keyboard and the screen units. They completed the work quickly and to a very high standard. This computer is not designed to be repaired and it is impossible to tell that it has been opened. Communications were quick and clear. Very professional.Great job Fixfactor! Thank you.

Popped in today, because I had issues with a charging port on a phone, despite being a top of the range for its day was more than a few years out of any chain mender's ability to sort, (I'm looking at you Pocket Geek, Surrey Quays).

My email enquiry was responded to within minutes followed by a call to discuss my mobile phone issue as the USB charging port wouldn't connect or charge.

Really pleased these guys saved my data after my phone was water damaged, was incredibly important has had two of my beautiful dogs last ever photos plus 4000+ more photos that were precious. An added bonus is the phone seems to be working again too. Thank you

My surface Pro4 was having the dreaded flicker issue. They fixed that and notified me about the battery, usually costing a lot more to replace they replaced the screen and battery at a reasonable price.

I went to them with what I thought may be a virus on my iPad. They looked at it there and then and determined it was an aspect of Norton that was causing the problem and I disabled it.

Very helpful and, despite my offer, declined to charge me.

The repair in question was to replace the charging port on my Samnsung mobile phone. I initially experienced some problems after the first repair but Fixfactor cheerfully accepted the phone back again and changed the connector again at no charge to me. It is now charging perfectly ansd has restored the reliability and usability of my phone. At all times during the complete repair process, Fixfactor kept me fully informed of each step.
I fully recommend them.
