Good overall. Only criticism is packing. Just wrapping a cardboard sleeve around a drill battery and then leaving it loose in a larger cardboard box isn't great, although it arrived unscathed.

Price drop soured experience.
I was very happy until I saw the price dropped significantly the day my jigsaw was delivered. Other the that it was very fast and efficient service. It was cheap though apparently it could have been cheaper.

As you'll appreciate, as with most internet retailers, we're monitoring the market all the time to make sure that we stay competitive on prices. This does sometimes mean that prices rise and fall from time to time, as you'd see with petrol or shopping.
