Good delivery, good quality products

I loved the sauce pot and find it really useful... easily ordered and arrived on the day promised. what's not to like?

First class service from the Aga Rayburn Cookshop team. Replaced à pan purchased in 2016 (under the 25 year guarantee) without a quibble, simply asked for a picture. New pan arrived 4 days. That’s what I call service.

I wish the Aga whistles wouldn’t lose their whistle, this is the third one I’ve had and at nearly £10 with shipping every time is a bit annoying.

Despite some initial ordering issues they were persistent in resolving my problem.

Fantastic pan to cook with on the Aga ! We have a few of these.... they are a bit pricey but they last a long time and the removable handle is invaluable .

Expensive and aga cover had no tape to hang up if not in use. I bought an aga kettle a couple of years aga and they are yet to email me to let me know when replacement whistles are available - over 12 months ago
