DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They have severely damaged my alloys left when it was dark and I haven’t seen them until returning from work today as we leave when it is dark using a different vehicle, we called as soon as we noticed and they now are denying it and refusing to fix this.

On investigation I can see that this is not the first time this has happened as other reviews state this issue.

The woman on the phone would not let me speak to her senior or let me come to the garage to have them looked at.

Again, stay away from this company

Shocking mobile service. I was misled from the outset about how far away they were. What was supposed to be a 2-hour arrival window turned into 4 hours, with no proactive communication or update whatsoever.

The customer service was shocking, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this company, nor would I trust what I’m told by email, phone or in person.

I’ve since contacted them by email to raise my concerns and have received zero response, which unfortunately comes as no surprise. Disgusting service

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Came within the alotted window. Friendly Service. Had a flat tyre, so was booked through RAC breakdown. Alot of pressure from RAC to to this.

The Jack collapsed whilst changing tyre and damaged the trim and door alignment of my car. They have offered to fix it, but I don't live too near and cost / time to get to their garage is annoying.

They advised I needed another tyre changing on top, at this point I didn't really know what to believe. But when you're on your own with two children you don't want to be driving an unsafe car, so I went ahead.

I said to the RAC I wanted mid range tyres but the cheapest tyres were put on.

I feel like I overpaid. But at least it did get sorted.

I just wanted to say how great the technician was who came out to me today and the service in general. After getting a puncture, they were very clear about what the process was and the costings. They kept me up to date on their arrival time and talked me through the replacement on arrival, checking all of my tires before I then was back on the road. Would not hesitate to recommend especially as a woman on her own stuck at a service station.

They gouged several chunks out my alloy wheels whilst changing it. After they denied responsibility.

TAKE YOUR VEHICLE IN AT YOUR OWN RISK.. Went in to re-balance wheels with this company. Their fitting centre is clean and new tools but the problem is fitters are highly untrained. They impacted their wrench driver right in to my new alloys leaving cuts right down to the bare metal. Along with other damage marks they managed to do on top! Absolutely gutted. Asked the company to repair them and they were not friendly or professional at all about what had happened. Abusive and shouting at me that im a scammer! Refused to offer refund when i asked they advised me it was cheap service and what do I expect. I mean wow! These kind of cowboy companies you must AVOID AVOID. It will only end up in upset if you care for your car and your wheels. Off i go to get the wheel fix at an expensive cost. It was an expensive visit for me to this place. These alloy wheels made it all the way from USA in perfect condition and this company wrecked them in a few minutes due to carelessness. :(
