If I could give a minus star I would. Unfortunately I had not read the reviews prior to purchasing from this company. As with previous feedback, this is a scam company that import cheap poor quality goods from China. Obtaining a refund is near impossible and they try to wear you down by offering you a ridiculous % of the purchase price with the offer of keeping the goods. This is of no use if its a manufacturing issue with missing stitching. Please do your research into this company 1st before making any purchase.

Squashed hat from China

Hat took 3 weeks to arrive. It was delivered from China. When it arrived it was tightly vacuum packed, not in a box and was completely misshapen. I left it for a couple of days to see if it would miraculously spring in to shape. It didn't! It's not wearable and only fit for a bin. The company have refused to pay postage to return. As a goodwill gesture (!!) they offered a reduction of 20% if I would like to keep the hat, or re-gift it. Why would I want to pay 80% of a hat that is 100% unwearable?!!! Avoid this company

Scammers

They don’t even sell what they advertise and send a completely wrong item and can’t return and get a proper refund, have to pay for shipping to return even though its THEIR fault. Seems like a dodgy company, I would avoid.

Impossible returns

Shipped on 26th July, received 27th July. Received the wrong size shoe. Complained and requested return with replacement on 27th July. Several emails later it is the 5th August and so far no help at all. Neither for replacement nor refund, nothing. Just empty useless emails saying they are looking into it. I'm veto upset and frustrated, I feel totally stitched up. I ordered size 7 shoe. I received a shoe 2 sizes too small with no size indicator written on them. Terrible customer service so far. I hope they step up and change my mind.

Worst online company to buy off..items…

Worst online company to buy off..items are shipped direct from a Chinese warehouse although the company is in Holland. Waited 1.5 weeks to receive my order to be wrong! Been trying to liaise via email for over a week to resolve my issue but still waiting. They take at least 24 hours everytime to answer your email.
Wouldn’t recommend using this company who overcharge for items you can get off shein or temu direct

Received my Bangle today that has 2 screws to lock it . As I have a small wrist this is sometimes difficult to get one that fits. This is perfect. Really pleased with Bangle.

BEWARE AWFUL COMPANY! This was the WORST experience I have…

This was the WORST experience I have ever had with online shopping. Ordered some nice-looking trainers in a size 6.5. They arrived with no paperwork, were nowhere near a 6.5 size and I could not get my feet into them. No size or name on shoes, and very poor quality. Doubtless from China. I followed process for return and Fjorna failed to send a returns label as promised, while saying returns were only valid within 14 days. I sent them back at a cost of £9 to their address in Holland. They were then held in Customs pending my being asked for £15 taxes and duties. They were then returned to me by the courier. Between whiles I reported them to Paypal who kindly took up my complaint and in due course Paypal refunded me the cost of the shoes. If I could give them less than one star, I would.

Poor after service…

I am currently trying to contact Fjorna regarding 3 wall lights that were delivered. One is faulty and I have tried EVERYTHING to contact them; we have even sent a video to show the fault. No replies, not even automated ones in junk/ and their phone number doesn’t work. Very annoying as I like the lights!

You did receive the product, which directly contradicts your bank dispute claiming otherwise. Following your claim, you later stated the item was broken and did not resemble the product image. Both cannot be true. Based on these inconsistencies, we had strong reason to believe this was a fraudulent attempt to obtain a refund while keeping the product.

We investigated the case thoroughly and provided the bank with full documentation. As a result, the dispute has been closed in our favor.

Your tracking information was not delivered via email because you failed to provide a valid email address during checkout. Without an email address, it’s not possible for our system to send updates. This is not a system error — it was a missing input from your side.

Despite all this, we still offered you a full refund if the product — damaged or not — was returned to us. You declined this solution. Instead, you are now posting a negative review to misrepresent our brand, even though we followed all procedures and tried to assist you fairly.

We stand by our integrity and the efforts we’ve made to resolve this situation, and we feel obligated to publicly respond to defend against an unjustified review.
